Cabin holiday rentals in Alexandria Bay

We traveled all the way from Oklahoma, towing a boat to spend 6 nights at Becky’s and discover the area. We enjoyed our time there a lot! The house was very clean, super comfortable and spacious. The outdoor setting and games were perfect for our 2 teenagers and our lab. The area has a lot to offer! Becky was very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend it!!!

We had a great stay! Clean, well organized and close to all the attractions we were interested in. We used both the hot tub and the fire pit, nice features to have after a day out exploring. Will definitely recommend

Wonderful place to spend some relaxed days in the beautiful Canadian nature. The cottage was fully equipped, neat, cozy and lovingly decorated. Exactly as shown on the pictures. Nothing was missed. Charlotte and Cindy replied within shortest time and provided all relevant information well in advance. We enjoyed the stay from the first minute and couldn't imagine a better place for our vacation. Hope to come back!

I can’t say enough about Virginia and her amazing retreat. We were looking for a simple halfway stop on our way home from seeing family in the US and found this amazing space run by wonderful people. It was a treasure and we will be back. This beautiful family is forging a new way of living and travel that is sustainable and gives me hope. She is a great host if you have children and are interested in forest school and learning about local history and geography. My son was free to run and hear nothing but nature sounds and then we took the ferry everyday into Kingston to explore Canadian history and culture and eat amazing food. We went to the Wolfe Island hotel to eat local wonderful food and visited the stunning isolated beach every night at sunset. Wolfe Island is a place like no other. I had such a great connection with the host and her commitment to the earth and the future. Thank you Virginia!

It was simply a wonderful experience. It was a peaceful environment. The view was amazing, you could see the incredible lake and island view even from inside the house and the balcony was amazing. It was a dreamy place that I would definitely go back to. Also, our host was very helpful. They helped us with everything, I didn't think we would be this comfortable. This place was beautiful and felt like home! There’s is not a lot of cell phone service only on wifi. The house had everything you needed, just when you thought you brought everything they already had it! Spices, pans, pots, tin foil etc. It is a very quiet area. There was a dock a few minutes away we launched our boat to go fishing as well! Will be back for sure!

Diego was super responsive at all times with clear instructions on how everything worked. He was also very considerate, knowing it was our anniversary, and offered to meet us there or not in case we wanted privacy. Very accommodating, and since there wasn't anyone there the day before, was okay with us checking in an hour early! The nature around us was great if you like to see animals. The same can be said for spiders though. Probably not the best location if you're severely arachnophobic, though the cabin did come stocked with means to dispose of spiders. The cabin was decent, but Diego as the host is what sets this one apart. Will recommend!

Everything was exactly as expected. We loved the rustic charm of the cabin. The property has an absolutely beautiful view of the lake. We caught a lot of fish right in front of the cabin and the kids loved it. We would definitely visit again!

Arriving in the early evening when the temperature outside was 14 degrees, it was great to arrive at a clean house with the heat on, all ready for us. Plowing was done just on time for our arrival. Loved the flannel sheets! So cozy. Great location for cross-country skiing, which we did with friends who were staying at nearby Oswegatchie Camp.

This place far exceeded our expectations. When we pulled up, we were immediately greeted with a giant smile from Doug and a friendly hello from their sweet dog, Charlie. Doug and Sarah made us feel so welcome, right from the get go. The cabin was absolutely perfect. Comfy bed, incredibly quiet, and super cozy. The location is also fantastic. It’s remote, but not too remote. It’s easy to find and it’s tucked just far enough away from civilization to make it very peaceful. It’s also located near a river and it’s surrounded by trees, so you’ll get to hear so many different bird calls/songs. Also, there’s a roller skating rink and mini golf! The mini golf course was so much fun. You can tell that it hasn’t received a manicure in quite some time, but that just added to the charm. It also made it very challenging. My wife and I couldn’t stop smiling and laughing the entire time. I could go on and on about how awesome this place is. It’s very special with a lot of history to boot.

Amanda and Eric were excellent hosts. The Dog House on Dog Lake was just as described. Amanda and Eric were very friendly hosts. They greeted us upon arrival and then totally respected our privacy. We enjoyed the cottage and all the amenities. The Dog House was very clean and well stocked with useful items. We were 25 min. from Kingston which allowed us to enjoy a show at The Grand Theatre and a boat tour of The Thousand Islands. This is a great place to stay. We highly recommend it. We stayed at the Phoenix house, took a long meander through the woods, borrowed the canoe for a paddle, decompressed in the sauna then relaxed on the sun-bed heated gently by the wood stove. All in all Rena and Co made us feel right at home and welcome to explore.

We loved the cabin! Was a beautiful getaway for me and my family. Was just as described. Peaceful and cozy. Loved waking up every morning to watch the birds and overlook the pond. Although it rained the majority of our trip, we still were able to enjoy the outdoors and checked out some spots located in a recommendation book they provided. Was nice to relax in front of the fireplace after a long day. Very friendly and would highly recommend the cabin. Also gave us some homemade jam which was absolutely delicious. Thank you Ron and Cheryl, was a very nice getaway.

We had such a wonderful time at this cottage. It's cozy and very comfortable. Beds are great. The kitchen is super well equipped. The deck is a peaceful place where you can enjoy nature. The restaurant in town is very good. Anne-Marie was very nice and lovely. We will be back for sure!

Chris was an excellent host and his property was fantastic. The cabin was spotless, well appointed, and modern. It’s clear that Chris values providing a comfortable stay for his guests, as no detail was left overlooked! The amenities were plentiful and very much enjoyed. Thank you Chris!

Jade was incredibly friendly and very proactive. She sent our check-in information well in advance and told us we could check in early if we got in ahead of schedule. All the necessary amenities were provided and in good working order. Jade always responded immediately to questions, checked in on us to make sure we got situated and followed up after we left. She even offered us the camp for another night because the roads were closed due to a state of emergency. I can’t say enough about her hospitality.

A true resort like experience tucked away in nature. Very clean & modern, can show up empty handed and have everything you need to enjoy yourself. Host was very prompt when assistance was needed at the cabin. Very peaceful to sit out and listen to river & enjoy time with the pup

Sasha’s place was very cozy and comfortable! Very private, beautiful surroundings in the woods. Sasha’s was very responsive. If you’re looking for a secluded area to stay in and enjoy, this is the best place! It is a distance from “downtown” given the backroads, but it was a great stay!! Ps. The queen size bed was very comfortable!!!! Thank you Sasha!!!
