We usually stay at the hotel this time of year, but because they didn’t have a river view room we decided to book this charming place. So glad we did! We are thinking about booking again next year. Clean, spacious , excellent amenities and terrific view that can’t be beat!

loved our one night stay here. exactly like the pictures and Isabelle being the host, she was so kind and responsive. it was a beautiful spot and very private and quiet which was enjoyable. the room was very spacious and it was very easy to find once Isabelle gave us the instructions. it was a wonderful trip, and we hope to be back soon ☺️

Was in the area to pick up my new puppy, and this was the perfect space! Getting into the home was super easy! The place was very clean and conveniently located to every place I needed to go!

Larry was a fantastic host. The space was outstanding, comfortable accommodations in ALL regards. My wife, son and I were passing through Watertown on our way to a wedding and it was the perfect space for R and R. Quiet, cozy, peaceful, and overall a beautifully maintained home. It’s very obvious he cares deeply, not only about his property but also his guests and their needs. Will definitely return if we are in the area again! Thank you Larry!

This was a great place to stay for a family who wants to have a great time. It was very accommodating and a spacious place to stay. As soon as we walked in we saw how clean and nice it was kept. Finally it had everything we needed for our everyday needs, including kitchen utensils, soap and towels.

We loved our stay at Rodman. It was a rainy week, so we weren’t able to spend too much time outside, but the house was very cozy. I appreciated Erick’s recommendations. There are several restaurants that are quite close considering you feel as if you’re in your own world at the house. The house has everything you could need. Recommend a side trip to Sacketts Harbor.

This was our second time at one of Patrick's properties. Lovely surroundings, well stocked kitchen, immaculately clean. A true cottage experience: we enjoyed sitting by the water, kayaking, and having a campfire.

A great spot to spend a few days in Brockville. This place is a quick walk from the main road which is perfect for being peaceful while still being close to everything. The hosts were friendly and helpful with anything we needed.

It seems too good to be true, right? The price was amazing and the house blew me away even more. Definitely was a treat staying here , this is a MUST if you’re staying in Kingston. Absolutely beautiful home and every room gives you a different sense of tranquility. Private, and peaceful. I got this Airbnb for a weekend that was meant to explore Kingston, this place was so nice, I felt guilty about leaving the home to go out and explore😂 will 100% be coming back here.

Exactly as described, use of the dock for our pontoon was important. Great location close to Rt 81, Alexandria Bay and Clayton. Both Towns have their strong points and transient docks.

My partner and I had a great stay 😊 Beautiful home for those who are interested in stargazing and reconnecting with nature. The place was very home-y and clean! There was a guidebook by the table as soon as you enter to read through (same information as on Airbnb). The patio is nice and the stargazing spot is perfect. Kitchen is very clean and accessible. Big plus with the bathroom mirror with the lighting and heat :) Windows by the living room didn’t have curtains but! It’s very private otherwise. Neighbours are fairly far away. So no one can really see through the side windows unless they’re directly there.

Better than home! Very comfortable and convenient to everything! We'll be back!

Sara was a very nice host! Sara made check-in and check-out very easy. We had some trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi, but Sara helped us through all of the trouble shooting and was very easy to communicate with. The place was cozy, clean and comfortable.
