Delightful Home Surrounded by Beautiful Farmland

This wonderful home is a full expression of rural England—charming, comfortable, with peace of mind worked into every space. Admire how the coffee-coloured wooden fixtures complement the white furniture with floral patterns adding the final flourish. Situated up a very quiet rural lane, the accommodation is a renovated hop kiln facing South with stunning views towards the Malvern Hills and is for your sole use. It is situated adjacent to Upper House Farm and used to be an integral part of the farm prior to it becoming a private residence. Upper House and the kiln are steeped in history dating back to 16th Century. The ground floor is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine at one end and a sitting area at the other end with a Digital TV. There is also a ground floor toilet. Upstairs on the 1st floor you will find a super-kingsized bed in bedroom 1, plenty of wardrobe space and a desk to do any work should you wish to. The bathroom is sited next door to bedroom 1 with a shower. There is a further single bedroom on this floor next to the shower room, bedroom 2. Another flight of stairs takes you to the second floor where there is bedroom 3, a twin room and another bathroom with a bath. And there is Wifi in the house. The property is accessed via it's own entrance from the quiet lane. Please note that to access the property you do need to climb some steps so this property may not suit people with physical disabilities or disabled people. I have included photos of the front entrance to show you the access. Please do contact me to discuss this should you wish to. Private parking for up to 3 cars is available on site. Where possible I will always be there to greet you. But should you come when I am not about then you can access the property using a key which will be situated in a key safe by the door. I am always happy to answer any questions you may have. The home is in a quiet, beautiful neighbourhood. The Malverns are nearby offering hiking and breathtaking views. Within walking distance, head to exceptional cafes, unique boutiques, and traditional Worcestershire pubs. There are some infrequent buses that go from our village to Worcester 3 times a day and returning 3 times a day. However, car, foot, horse or bicycle are the best way to get around here! Access to the property is via steps. It may not suit some people with access difficulties. If you are bringing a baby and wish to put a cot in your room, there is space to do so. We can help with organising a babysitter subject to one being available if you wish to go out. All we can be responsible for is giving you the number to call and make your own arrangements. We cannot be responsible for vetting the sitter but we can tell you that they are the ones we use ourselves for our children and know them to be responsible and we are happy with the care they give our family. There is also a travel cot and a trip trap high chair (with safety bar at front) available for use at the house should you want one. Please email to request the use of this.
