The apartment is completed in June 2018 . The project wanted to enhance and rediscover all the historical parts of the apartment and give it value. We thought of the spaces so as to have 2 separate rooms with their own bathrooms . The house is a movement of spaces , dimensions and materials . The room in the attic, accessible from a spiral staircase, overlooks the harbor. From the hall the glimpse that crosses the Jewish quarter and captures a sea corner. The light is everywhere

It is a beautiful sea view apartment consisting of a large living room, a double bedroom, a bedroom with three single beds,a bathroom and a kitchen; all located on the seafront on Cristoforo Colombo bastions in the heart of the historical center of Alghero, a stone's throw from all the sights, the beautiful promenade and the beautiful and charming marina. The house is in a pedestrian area so that cannot be reached by car,it is still possible to park a few hundred meters away
