Amazing place! Would highly recommend l. Very close to train and bus station. In a very nice and calm area. Amazing host was always responsive.

The apartment is quietly located just outside the city and across the street from EUIPO. Advantages are in particular the quiet location, the underground parking directly at the elevator to the apartment and the good bus connection. A disadvantage of the apartment would at most be that the building is clairaudient. Mayte was easy to reach at all times and was available quickly and helpful with all queries. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

This is a two bedroom flat, so good for three visitors. It is close to the airport, so very handy and convenient (some noise, but not at all unbearable). Close to a bus stop, so very easy for visits to Alicante city centre. Nearby beach is pleasant. Kitchen has required appliances, including dishwasher, oven, gas hob, washing machine. In the bathroom there was also a hairdryer, which we hadn't realised so had brought our own. The balcony/veranda is good because you are sheltered from winds whilst sitting down for dinner!

We enjoyed the beautiful, spacious house. Delightful near the sea. Everything was present. Lovely garden, quiet neighborhood. Richard responded quickly, very kindly that we were allowed to enter the house earlier, good agreements about this. Urbanova is a nice neighborhood, lovely boulevard, good food in the restaurants, beautiful beach. We'd love to come back.
