Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place situated in a small urbanization on a cove 2.5 km from El Campello. There are fantastic sea views from the beautiful roof terrace with fridge, comfortable corner sofas, and breakfast bar facing the sea. There's a patio with summer kitchen and shade just steps from the communal pool. 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house was completely refurbished 2.5 years ago. There is one air conditioning unit on the upper floor.

Impeccably cared for, tastefully decorated and the light is amazing Extreme cleanliness The views are spectacular, located on the front line and is a sixth floor. Fiber Optic High Speed Fiber Fiber Beds are very comfy, the linens are brand new and 100% cotton. It has a terrace overlooking the sea. It has A/C with a hot and cold air. I have another apartment in the same building

The apartment is located in the city center. You can get the main places just 10 by walk max. like central market, main stores, train station, beach and Alicante's port. It's next to the tram station where you can get in and go to places like San Juan, Altea, Calpe, etc. 5 Min. by walk to the old town and 10 min. to the beach "el Postiguet". It's a new cosy house where we take care of every single detail to make your experience wonderful!

The cottage (built between 1910- 1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks.
