Loft Remise-Allgäu, 130 square meters with two bedrooms

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. Centrally located to take numerous excursions or simply spend a few nice days in a sustainably built and furnished house. Here, no wishes remain unfulfilled! On the terrace, a charcoal grill is waiting to be fired up and in the large garden, a trampoline and fireplace make hearts beat faster.

Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer (ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett - Breite 1,55m - und ein weiteres Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten - Breite 90cm), einem kombinierten Küchen-, Ess- und Wohnzimmerbereich, Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC und Terrasse. In beiden Zimmern befinden sich ein Kleiderschrank und ein Schreibtisch mit Sessel.

Welcome to beautiful Upper Bavaria! Our newly built, modernly furnished solid wood house is in a quiet, sunny location in Bad Kohlgrub. The Hörnle cable car can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. The large terrace and a private garden invite you to linger. In the village itself there are shops, restaurants and cafes. Innsbruck, Munich and Augsburg can be reached in about an hour. The cozy 1-room apartment is about 25 square meters, has a living room-bedroom and a bathroom with shower/toilet. It was newly renovated in 2022. There is no separate kitchen, so no cooking facilities, but there is a refrigerator, coffee machine, dishes and kettle. The apartment exudes a "feel-good character" with beautiful furniture and harmonious light.

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.
