Von dieser Unterkunft aus ist man in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Moderne Ferienwohnung direkt am Lech. Die Wohnung besteht aus einer modern eingerichteten Küche ,Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett), einem Bad mit Dusche und Toilette, und einem Eingangsbereich mit Garderobe. Die Wohnung befindet sich zurückversetzt im Hof/Garten bzw. am Lech und komplett im 1. The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

Im selben Haus gibt es noch eine weitere, komplett getrennte Wohnung, die ebenfalls gemietet werden kann. Die Wohnung selbst ist von außen schlecht einsehbar.
