You will stay in an old hostel house in Haidhausen. In the immediate vicinity there are many bars, cafes and nice little shops. House and garden are an oasis of tranquility. Tram, U-Bahn and S-Bahn are less than a 5-minute walk away and you can walk comfortably to Marienplatz in 15 minutes. The room is located on the second floor and has its own toilet and sink. The two centers of Garmisch-Partenkirchen are within 10 minutes' walk as well as Irish Pub, Sausalitos, ice cream parlor, Greek, Vietnamese, Italian and Bavarian restaurants. In a very quiet location on the outskirts, overlooking forest and field, a lovingly furnished guest room with shower, toilet, a separate entrance and a small pavilion awaits you. A rich delicious breakfast, in which your wishes are also taken into account, guarantees a nice start to the day. We would like to inform you that for safety reasons, charging batteries for e-bikes and pedelecs is not allowed in our accommodation.

The room has a French bed 140/200 and is suitable for a couple. It is available with breakfast on request (15./person) and is located in a former guesthouse, which has been breathed back to life.
