You can sleep in a big bed 2x2m,can have breakfast at your nice Terrasse with Lake-view and observe or hear the geese. Enjoy your holiday at this nice place in nature. You can take a swim in the Lake in front of the house, you can go stand up paddling oder got to the beach beside the house.There is a small restaurant and a surf-corner in summer at the beach. shops for food you can find 5min to walk from your appartement. Sägemühle Eschachthal apartment, Kreuzbach

The house was originally an oil mill, later a sawmill, before drowning in the last decades. In 2018, the core renovation and conversion into a residential building took place. Fortunately, the character of the old saw could be preserved, in particular, by the refurbished visible beams. The house is located at 900m altitude, the climate is therefore somewhat rougher, in the summer yet very sunny. The location on the Eschach, which invites you to swim in the summer, is special.

A large bedroom and dining room from which the small kitchen and the newly renovated bathroom depart. 1.40 m bed, small desk, TV (via internet only) and Wi-Fi. New bathroom with walk-in shower and a lot of space. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine etc. A parking space is not part of the apartment. However, there is a public parking garage (Burgstraße 20) two streets away for about 10 euros per day.

We rent our beautiful “Waldhäuschen” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large plot with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing murmur and ripple can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)
