Our modern furnished apartment is located in the basement and offers a room with living and sleeping area for up to 2 people. It has a comfortable box-spring bed, seating, TV, wardrobe and mirror. The spacious bathroom with toilet has a shower. In the kitchen are all necessary practical utensils and a wardrobe. Our 35 sqm apartment is a designated non-smoking apartment. Right in front of the house in a quiet residential area you will find a parking space for your car.

A beautiful swimming lake is within 10 minutes' walking distance.

In Bad Saulgau (7 km) and Bad Buchau (9 km) there are excellent thermal baths with the best wellness offer. The apartment is in a very good location. The market square is a 3-minute walk away.
