Gîte of 115 m2 + large terrace of 24 m² overlooking Le Loir located 2.5 km from the Zoo. Accommodation capacity 12 people with the sofa bed in the living room (10 people with the 4 bedrooms).

In a bourgeois house built in 1884, on the 3rd and top floor (no elevator), apartment carefully refurbished, sufficiently equipped so that your only luggage of clothes is enough.
