Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Allston, Boston

I am very happy with my stay at Marcela's place. The passcode lock made check-in so smooth. I got everything I needed. It is a quite neighborhood with good cafes and bakery. The unit is equipped with computer desk, fridge, microwave and aircon. I can hear sounds from my neighboring apartments but it was not a big deal.

Great stay in Central Square, I liked how close it was to transit and also a wide variety of food options, from date night to late night. Room was very spacious, and Jamal responded instantly to any questions that I had, and addressed any issues immediately.

We had a wonderful week-long stay at Daniel and Mary’s apartment in Cambridge. The space was cozy, impeccably clean, and very well equipped with everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, yet very well connected to downtown Boston by public transport, which made getting around easy and convenient. Daniel and Mary were outstanding hosts – friendly, communicative, and always willing to help. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home. If we ever return to the Boston area, we would be delighted to stay at their place again. Highly recommended!

Great location close to Arlington Heights' downtown and public transportation. Loved listening to the nearby brook and visiting the little pocket park right next to the house. Beautiful neighborhood (especially this time of year). There was some construction happening near by that had us waking up to jackhammers one morning, but that was short lived and situational. It was great to be able to walk the Minuteman Bike/Walking trail and have so many amenities close by. Even though there are several units in the house, we were only minimally aware of the presence of other guests.

Affordable clean. Location used to be 'dangerous' but is now very safe and friendly. In terms of connnectivity and walkability perfect. The host is a sweetheart who responds quickly and communicates clearly. Buy your own shampoo, though, other guests appropriate it ;)

Danny and his place were great! Danny was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The house manual with local recommendations was a great touch as well. The place was clean and within easy walking distance throughout Cambridge. I would recommend the stay and hope to stay again the next time we are in town!

Jurek’s place is an affordable and clean shared accommodation. He is also a responsive host. There isn’t much nearby to do, but the bus to Harvard Square is right outside.

Had a great stay at Paige’s place. Very clean, comfortable, and great location, close to everything!

Jose responded extremely fast to any of our questions and was very friendly. From arrival until the time we left our privacy was respected, and the top half of the house was very quiet. The rental is very clean and dog friendly. This is very close to Boston and has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable and we will come back for all of our future trips. This is also very close to the Stoneham zoo.

I stayed with Shine for the weekend for a music festival and it was the perfect place- close to public transportation and cozy and comfortable. Shine was very responsive and answered any questions I had very quickly. She was also very kind, though I only got to meet her briefly since I was mostly out and about in Boston. I’d absolutely stay with Shine again.

Agnes and Erick have a lovely place with an amazing location! Both were very friendly and I enjoyed getting to chat with them a little. Would love to stay here again!

Loved this lil place. It’s in one of the beautiful parts of Cambridge.

I had a very comfortable stay: the host Jennifer was responsive and friendly. Even though the rental is in the basement of their home it was still very private. Bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was nice and clean. Lastly, the neighborhood was nice: I walked to an Indian restaurant for dinner one night and didn’t get back until late and felt very safe the whole time. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in Boston!

Pema and Jonathan are wonderful hosts. This was our second stay at The Nest and we were able to really take advantage of the deck overlooking their beautiful garden and the city beyond, for morning coffee and afternoon snacks. Their place is very spacious and charming. It's walking distance to stores, restaurants and the Gilman Square T-stop. For trips further afield, it's great to have a designated, off-street parking spot right by the entrance to the unit, with motion sensor lights for nighttime arrivals. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bed is very comfortable, with reading lights on both sides of the bed. Highly recommend.

The house was very nice and the host was very responsive and generous. There are several restaurants and store in the area that are within walking distance. I would book here again when coming to Boston.

Hospitable host. Made sure breakfast was available every day. The place is beautiful, well decorated. It made me want to stay longer. Donnell is great to talk to, respectful of your privacy, and available if you need anything. I had a great time.

Dan's place is equidistant to Harvard and MIT, a short walk to great restaurants and cafes, and a wonderful base for exploring Cambridge. Would happily stay here again with my family.

Joseph’s place was lovely. The home was spotless and hosted a family of four perfectly. The extra effort of a little snack basket upon arrival was a nice touch. We took full advantage! The location is a great jump off point for Boston and surrounding areas. Joseph was very responsive and easy to talk to. We would recommended.

Reda was so wonderful with us!! Extremely communicative and friendly, the apartment is exactly like the pictures and so much better in person. My family & I had a great time in Boston but the apartment was definitely a big highlight. I recommend this place 10/10🩵

Adorable brownstone in JP! Close to the orange line, quiet neighborhood with lots of families. House was great, lots of space.

We stayed at Karina's condo for 4 days and loved it! It's close to Fenway Park, subway trains, restaurant's, & local markets. Behind the unit is a beautiful path/park (Southwest Corridor Path) that leads you toward city center. Highly recommend this route if you're exploring the city by foot. We also loved the bathroom shower! We would stay here again & highly recommend!

Chandra is an amazing host; she was very responsive and helpful when we were looking for something to do on our rainy last day. She also supplied umbrellas, which we could not have done without! The place is even cuter in person; it's updated and has a cozy vibe and a nice record player with a good album selection and lots of cool art made by Chandra! My favorite is the Mr. T sculpture! The keypads on the inside and outside building doors are very convenient and simpler to use than having to carry a key. Nice newer shower and comfortable bed. Large kitchen, comfy couch, and just a cute, interestingly decorated apartment. The rooftop patio is so nice...it's got a grill and 360 views. I wish the weather had been nicer so we could have hung out there more. Not really close to many bars or restaurants, but an easy walk to the train station or the bike rentals and a 30-minute (ish) walk to the Fenway Park area. I would stay there again; it felt like home.

Perfect rental for a couple on a Boston visit. Pretty quiet neighborhood with no disturbances while we were there for our 4 night stay. Plenty of room and a very well stocked kitchen. Communication was clear, polite and prompt. Parking garage ($25 a day) was close and easy to find. Inexpensive ($8-$12) Lyft rides to many Boston attractions. Would definitely stay at Jennifer’s unit again, if we return to Boston.

Amazing place and Kaitlyn was very helpful. The guide was very helpful and the location could not be more central. Felt at home and we would definitely recommend.
