Access is very easy next to the road cv-70, and you can fully disconnect in nature, discover this authentic region, do walks, kayak at the lake, cycle, eat at many local restaurants etc. We have a huge wood pergola, water from citern, solar electricity with 5kw batery, 2 showers.

The nearest bars, restaurants and other local amenities can be found within walking distance in almadrava beach. The city of Denia is 7km away and is easily accessible by public transport or by car. A car is recommended to get to the property and for sightseeing, but there is a bus line to Denia downtown and the nearest stop.
