Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Almaty

Very nice space! I was for a few days and I really liked it, everything was as in the description. Good communication, clean, and organized, I recommend and stay again. ☺️

We loved staying at Altynay’s place. It’s walkable to Kok Tobe, Palace of the Republic and restaurants/cafes. It’s warm and well furnished inside. It was always cozy to go back from being outside in snowy time of the year. Thank you for having us, highly recommended.

I had an amazing stay at Бауыржан’s place! The views from the top of the hill are absolutely breathtaking. The pictures honestly don’t do it justice. It’s even more beautiful in person. Бауыржан was incredibly sweet and welcoming, and his uncle and aunt were just as adorable and kind. Their warmth made the whole experience feel extra special. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit. Already looking forward to it!

It's a good value and an excellent house. The host responded immediately to my inquiries and was kind. The facilities and utensils were as described. If I visit Almaty again, I will stay here.

I AM VERY GRATEFUL TO TANYA AND KATE FOR THEIR CARE. THERE IS CUTE CAT IN THE WARM HOME. THE HOUSE IS LOCATED IN THE CENTER OF THE CITY, SO IT IS VERY CONVENIENT TO GO. IN ADDITION, I LOST A BAG IN THE TAXI. TANYA AND KATE HELPED ME GET IT BACK. OTHERWISE, I MIGHT FACE ALL KINDS OF TROUBLES.THANKS AGAIN🫡

A very nice respectful family who gave privacy and quick to answer any questions. They keep their garden very nice, and everything you need is there. It was nice being near the mall too.

Firstly I would like to praise the Host as he was super helpful and responsive. this place is for nature lover and you can easily accommodate large families [easy for 10 to 12 people]. rite on top of mountain [indeed not easily accessible] but that's what you go here for. Complete cutoff from outside and get lost in the beauty and nature surrounding. however if you want to get city lively hood, it's 25 mins away and Call a Taxi do come to your door step. House had all the required amenities with proper heating for winters. Olzhas was super helpful, even guiding us with rentals for our shoe crampons. He had Sauna [we did not use it], great backyard for kids to play around, Safe locality, and a play area as well for kids. Amenities like Table Tennis, Kaeoke, PSP kept the kids and adults busy. A must stay place near Almaty

Hello! Our group of 7 adult males used 2 rental cars and stayed for 3 nights. The host was friendly and actively guided and communicated. The accommodation is located in a place overlooking the city of Almaty and the perennial snow of the Tianshan Mountains, and provides a comfortable and peaceful daily life. In the fully equipped accommodation, our group was able to take a comfortable and relaxing break and travel to Kazakhstan and Almaty. And even though I forgot the documents, the host kindly contacted me first. We appreciate the kindness of the host and wish all travelers who use this accommodation a lot of fun and happiness. Best,

The apartment is new and very modern. It was very clean and smelled fresh. The view from the window is very good, the bed was very comfortable. I’d definitely book it again!

The place was exactly what I needed. Everything was clean and the amanities were satisfactory. The host, Alexandr, was friendly and fast responsive to my requests. I genuinely recommend his apartment.

Had a lovely one night’s stay here! Really lovely, modern, clean and spacious, bright, apartment. The bed was super comfortable. There was a small supermarket round the corner and little shop selling fruit and vegetables. Didn’t get a chance to explore the rest of the area as had to leave early the next morning. Wish I had longer to enjoy the apartment!

Assel’s place was really nice and close to everything. Great location and very clean too. I think I missed the fine print of no lift.. which didn’t bother me but only taking the luggage up and down was the hassle since it was the 4th floor. She’s very responsive, so loved the stay.

The view from the apartment was fantastic. The apartment was really clean and spacious. Timur sent excellent instructions on how to get into the complex, building and apartment making the whole check-in process easy. He also supplied extra helpful information about activities! The location was great, walkable to everywhere, and close to a supermarket. Excellent stay, Excellent apartment, excellent views!

Arsen is fantastic Host ,He so generous that pick-up from the Almaty International Airport in 04:00 AM in the morning and he let us check in 8 hours before actual check in time and further more he let us stay at his property after check out time like four hours after check out time. I genuinely impressed his kindness and supportive nature. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to stay his place. Finally I want to thank to Mr Arsen for his hospitality and kindness.

Honestly, couldn’t have asked for a better host/ property to stay in. Thank you Aliya for being absolutely fantastic. Located in one of the prime yet quiet neighborhood, this property is just perfect for someone who loves to walk and explore! The house in itself had everything one would need during their stay. We actually traveled with our toddler and Aliya was kind enough to even source out and place a baby cloth detergent in the cabinet ❤️ I already know, we will be staying at Aliya’s home during our next visit.

Madina was absolutely helpful and flexible. Also fast responding to my questions.

The apartment is cery cozy and clean. I hope they change the kitchen utensils especialy the ladle and caserole. But everything is perfect, the location, the view from the apartment and the best thing also that there is a market available on the ground foor of the building. Thank you.

My girlfriend and I stayed in Maxim's apartment for a week and would like to express our great gratitude for the cleanliness, coziness, pleasant interior and functionality of the apartment. We were comfortable and relaxed (quiet) and work (fast uninterrupted internet). The apartment is in a beautiful area, nearby, within walking distance, there is the Botanical Garden of indescribable beauty, all kinds of shops, good restaurants and cafes. For example, literally at a stone's throw away, there is a cafe Vivienne, where there are nice guys who have delicious coffee :) We went to them for breakfast, breakfasts and desserts were beautiful. Maxim is available to help you with any questions you may have any questions. Everything was great!

Highly recommend this place... host Nurlan, very friendly and helpful... place is centrally located, spic and span and had all essential amenities... well connected to all important landmarks.. he warned in advance about pitfalls as regards to taxi/cab situation... had a memorable stay at his apartment... can't wait to visit again in December... keep it up Nurlan... deserves 5 stars

I had a wonderful stay at Venera’s apartment! She’s incredibly responsive and always happy to help. All instructions—from how to reach the apartment to using everything inside—were clear and well-documented. The apartment is cozy, stylish, and very well-equipped. It’s located right in the center, on the riverside, with secure gated access. The views are stunning—overlooking Almaty’s main sights like the mountains and the TV tower. The windows face east, so you wake up to the sunrise, with the peaceful sound of the river and birds outside. Truly a serene and scenic spot. I highly recommend staying here and would gladly return. Venera is a fantastic host!
