the earth house is a monkey, such as the photos... very comfortable and if you are looking for tranquility, you will have it. The village is three minutes away... the only thing is that you do not wear heels for the curbs that are there. Paco and Claudia are wonderful, very attentive and friendly people. The mini pool was spectacular. My children were spectacular and we enjoyed it. The garden is beautiful and ideal for breakfasts and dinners. Very well equipped kitchen. And in the summer evenings you don't know the heat. Highly recommended place.

Such a unique and special place to stay. We visited as a family of 3 adults and 4 children (ages 2 to 7) and really loved the cave house. It was cool despite daily temperatures of 40C, the pool is great and the restaurant is lovely. I will definitely recommend this to friends, and hope to visit again.

It was our second time there after coming 3 years ago, and certainly not the last. What a pleasure to meet again with Pepa and Juan, who are all you could dream of for hosts. They are kind, flexible, have many advices about the surroundings and make you feel at home from the first minute. The view is breathtaking and the spot very peaceful. The Cueva is perfectly renovated, beautiful and comfy. It’s always fresh even during big heatwaves. It’s also well equipped with all you need in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The location is ideal for a break at the pool, or an exploration of the landscapes around. In short, we can only say thank you to Pepa and Juan for another lovely stay, and we wish we meet again anytime soon.

Wonderful stay in an awesome place. Ideal temperature, beautiful decor and style, with closeness and tranquility. Totally recommended, as the site fits any plan. From a getaway with friends (our case) to a romantic end or a family outing. We had a great time and will definitely be back. The horseback riding route, 100% recommended, as are the restaurants in the area, where you can eat very well. We returned relaxed and very happy. A lovely little place, very clean and homely and not too far to walk into the centre of town. We were very comfortable here. The only things we missed were a kettle and a corkscrew for the bottle of wine on the terrace in the evening sun! We hope to stay again soon.

Pepa and Juan were extremely helpful with instructions and local recommendations. The cave house was fun, comfortable, bigger than I expected, and had a nice little terrace out front with view across the valley. The pool is unique with infinity edge and partly extending back into the rock. A really peaceful setting where we noticed the abundance of birdsong. Nice walks out of the front door, and stunning scenery all around. Well worth it. Thank you.

What's expected of a earth house, experience and being at home

Michelle was super sweet and gave us great tips on where to eat and what to see. The place looks even better than the photos, and the room is amazing—you’re sleeping in a cave! We slept great since it’s cooler inside, which was perfect with the heat. I really loved it. The only thing I didn’t like was that the Wi-Fi didn’t reach the room, but it actually helped me relax and get into a good book.

We stayed at the cave for one night and it’s a unique experience. Pedro has put many thoughts in decoration and our kids love the funky taste of it. Please keep in mind that this is not a hotel style of accommodation, more authentic country style. Pedro is very welcoming too. He came to pick us up in town. Great host! Thanks for accommodations.

Manuel and Josefina were very attentive and available. We didn't miss a thing. For these Easter weekdays, the wood stove was great (wood available). A pleasant stay. We enjoyed a few days at this cave house, a new experience for us.

We spent an unforgettable weekend at the *Cueva Cascamorras* to end the year. The cave is spectacular, a perfect blend of comfort and an authentic, unique atmosphere. Ideal for relaxing and enjoying the tranquility in the area. Absolutely an experience that I 100% recommend for those looking for something special. Hope to be back soon!

Great, loved the chance to stay in a cave house!

Daniel de Protur was waiting for us during the day of check in. We were attended by Isidoro upon arrival at the accommodation, who guides us throughout the accommodation and inform us of everything we needed to know. Very friendly staff. The accommodation is what we were looking for, a cave. We were surprised that it was so big and the quirks of it. The temperature inside is always stable and also has heating. It wasn't cold at all. It has an ideal fireplace for barbecues inside the cave and doesn't smoke at all. Isidoro left us firewood ready to use and told us where we could pick up more without any problems. The cave has everything you need, bedding, quilts, etc... Definitely a fairness and phenomenal attention. The cave is not located in Castril, but in one of its pedestrians, but it is 15' from the population. There is a small supermarket 200 meters from the cave.

Wonderful place to stay. We had an amazing experience there. The place is unique mix of a cave house with modern hint. Absolutely spotless. It has everything you might need and beyond.
