It has two independent houses, and the hosts are in the next door house to meet any needs you may have. Pancho 1 is a cozy one bedroom cottage (bed 150), bathroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace , and with direct access to a large common garden and pool. Linen, towels, and firewood are provided in winter. It has an extra bed or crib for couples with child. A short walk away is Fernán Pérez, a village in the interior of the Natural Park that still retains the rural charm of the past. In the square bar you can enjoy rich tapas and home-cooked meals and in the store you will find anything you need. The nearest beaches are Las Negras, and El Playazo, 10 and 15 minutes away, and you will reach any other in no more than half an hour. When you return you can enjoy the pool and the quiet and cool night .

The cave is a natural, sustainable, and bioclimatic underground house with temperatures between approximately 15 and 23 degrees Celsius year-round. Renovated with a lot of love, mixing the old with the modern, I have created a cozy and Zen atmosphere. It is very cozy in both summer and winter. It is a mountain place and with its 1200 meters above sea level. It is a cooler area in summer than many other places due to its geography and at night it cools down well. It is 1 km from the village and located between Baza and Guadix.
