Nice comfortable studio by seaside and city centre

50m2 studio, terrace included. Independent stay. Bedroom with double bed, big wardobe, sofa, office (fridge, microwave, coffe machine and toaster)and full equipped bathroom. No facilities for fire cooking inside, but outer BBQ for cooking. Perfect for 2 people. Quiet centric well connected area with all services, many tipical bars and restaurants at hand. Pleased to provide info about it. Seafront: 3 minutes walk / City/historical centre : 15 minutes walk.

There are lovey walks or mountain biking trails directly out of the property and a large swimming pool to cool off. The overall property is over 11000m2 with ample space to just chill out. The owners are originally from South Africa and you will find these influences inside and outside the property.
