Beachfront holiday rentals in Almerimar

We had a very good stay. Our trip was as a family and the development has quite a few things for the kids to enjoy (park, pools...). The apartment is very comfortable and very tastefully decorated. The terrace is a delightful one. They should improve the cleanliness as it was not too good and include some missing basics in the kitchen (although it is quite equipped). As for the location it is a little far away, but you can find everything you need (supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants...) without having to be in the most crowded part. The truth is that I definitely recommend the stay.

A super nice place, quiet area but at the same time in the middle of the city center. The beach is very close, just a short walk away. The views are a real spectacle and the house, despite being traditional, has all the comforts, with air conditioning, solar panels, very well equipped with everything you need. It's large, spacious. The beds are very comfortable and we loved the pool!!! We had a great weekend with friends, it was very short, we will repeat!!! I would like to thank Francisco for his kindness, availability and attention at all times!!! He's a great host!!!

We spent almost a week at Joe's apartment. We were happy in all aspects: the apartment itself, which is much nicer than the photos do justice to it, the wonderful views, the space, the location, the good treatment. You can see the affection and care that Joe puts in that we are comfortable and we are not missing anything. We will be back!

We spent some wonderful days in the islet of the Moor and in this accommodation, all as described, very comfortable, the beds, the house cool with the ceiling fans and with everything you need in the kitchen to spend a few days, the neighbor Ani is very nice, the quiet area, we will surely repeat.

Great apartment with a terrace (with shower) in the building. Super easy access to the beach (which is not fine sand). Super easy communication with Rocio :-)

I felt as a family with Carmen and Jofre, the truth that they treated me and my family beautifully. if I come back in the area, I repeat!

We had an amazing weekend in this apartment. The location is perfect, a stone's throw from the beach and in a very quiet area, ideal for disconnecting. The apartment was impeccable, very clean and with everything you need to feel at home. Also, the host was very kind and helpful at all times. We will definitely repeat. Totally recommendable!

Pablo, what an exceptional host., so professional but also very friendly with his help and advice. The property was as described, had all you needed.. He send over some harmful places to visit and places to eat. Helpful. Location was great for the beach and restaurants., There is building work going on which you see from window, but this is a positive because it is creating a pleasant surrounding for the community. Great amazing sea views., If you are a tv lover the tv is massive but sadly for us it didn’t do English., so maybe an Amazon stick may work., but weather was to good to be worried about tv. Margit's place is perfect for spending a few quiet and pleasant days. The beach is very close and from the residential development you have several accesses. The accommodation is quiet, pleasant and equipped with everything a couple needs. The pool is large and right in front of the house. Margit was an excellent host

Fantastic host and a perfect apartment! We had a wonderful stay in this apartment—it had everything you could possibly need, not just for a holiday, but to feel completely at home. It was immaculately clean and really comfortable throughout. Ruben was an outstanding host. He responded quickly and helpfully to every message we sent, whether it was a question about the apartment, a request for restaurant recommendations, or even helping us order a taxi when we got stuck while out. His support made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommend both the apartment and Ruben as a host—would absolutely stay again!

Anne Marie is really very kind and welcoming. The apartment matches the description very well, impeccable cleanliness, well-equipped, super nice terrace. The accommodation is located on the edge of the beach, but sufficiently out of the way not to be disturbed by the noise. We were able to take advantage of the dike to take beautiful walks. We had a very pleasant week in Roquetas de Mar and we highly recommend Anne Marie's accommodation.

Very pleasant stay. Very comfortable. 5 minutes from the beach and restaurants. Maylo was very kind and flexible with the check-in and check-out. The apartment was spotless and is very comfortable and nice. I would definitely repeat.

The accommodation is a 10 out of 10. On the beachfront and with an amazing view. The apartment is very large, it was very clean, very well equipped (kitchen with everything, air conditioning in all rooms, gel and shampoo). The terrace takes up the entire penthouse and has a large barbecue. Communication with the owners has always been very easy and fast. The truth is that you can't ask for more from a vacation apartment.

Maria’s place is beautiful and so peaceful, with amazing views and a wonderful balcony on which we spent hours relaxing. The beach is so easy and lovely, too. Within a few minutes of the apartment are a grocery store, an ice cream shop, and excellent restaurants! Also, the Paseo Marítimo is perfect for a morning/evening walk or run. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms have good water pressure and consistent hot water. The air conditioner works perfectly and we slept so well. The apartment was perfect and so clean, too. We enjoyed everything about our stay. María was also very helpful throughout the week with everything we needed. ¡Gracias! I highly recommend her place and we would love to stay there again!

Hello everyone! This place is great! Super clean, great big shower, fully equipped functional kitchen, working Air conditioning. I really enjoyed my stay, the beach is around the corner, the apartment is very comfortable.

We were warmly welcomed by Rocio and shown into the apartment. There was a small welcome gift for everyone and something nutritious from the area. The apartment is very clean and spacious. Nothing is actually missing. The best part is the very large balcony with an excellent view of the sea, which we enjoyed every morning at breakfast. Almeria is not exactly the most beautiful city, but if you want to go on vacation quietly, this is the place to be. Rocia has been in touch with us several times and asked if everything is okay and if we need anything else. We found that very attentive. The nearby underground car park is also a positive, which avoids the very difficult search for a parking space. Overall, a highly recommended place where we felt very comfortable.

The apartment is in a prime location and is fully equipped for a longer stay. Carmen is a kind host who is always there for you. I had a pleasant stay.
