Avkida's house is perfect to spend a few days in Almerimar to rest, it has a small garden with a very nice lawn. The bed and pillow were super comfortable.

spacious apartment with direct views of the golf course beautiful mercadona covered terrace and different shops nearby. Complete equipment and even plethora in all areas. This is my second time renting it.

we had a problem with our rental car that had to go to the garage. Vanessa allowed us to stay in the apartment for a few hours longer. Great host!

My recent stay at Consuelo's Airbnb was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. Consuelo is an exceptional host who goes above and beyond to ensure her guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Blanca's apartment is great,very comfortable and quiet to spend a few days on a great vacation. The development is super good with pool,paddle courts, playground, walking areas and the beach in front. The area is very quiet and there are only developments around, hence its tranquility. It takes 5 minutes by car to Almerimar (port area,supermarkets, stores,restaurants...) and 10 minutes from Balerma where there is also everything. They as hosts are lovely and are looking forward to everything. We will definitely return. My children loved it!!

We, a couple with a big dog, felt very welcome and comfortable. The apartment with a large terrace and access to the garden is located in a well-kept and beautifully planted complex directly on the beach and entrance to the nature reserve, ideal for running with a dog. We were able to park our motorhome safely in the locked area of the complex, so everything is great for relaxing days!

We had a very good stay. Our trip was as a family and the development has quite a few things for the kids to enjoy (park, pools...). The apartment is very comfortable and very tastefully decorated. The terrace is a delightful one. They should improve the cleanliness as it was not too good and include some missing basics in the kitchen (although it is quite equipped). As for the location it is a little far away, but you can find everything you need (supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants...) without having to be in the most crowded part. The truth is that I definitely recommend the stay.

Undoubtedly, if we come to Roquetas again, we will stay in Jesus' apartment: friendly and close treatment, and good advice in all aspects (restaurants, places of interest...). One of the things that surprised us was that the apartment is larger than the photos show, making the stay very cozy. In addition, it has to be added that the community pool is great... It should also be noted the ease of parking, as well as the good location that it has... We spent a few days very comfortable!!!

Hot water was running out after some time, but it was easily enough for shower and dishwashing. Everything else has as perfect!

The place is as in the photo, clean, and Gaiva is super helpful. It is located in the gypsy neighbourhood which for us flamenco fans was a plus. It was quiet at night, there is airconditioning. The only point of improvement would be adding some safety to the stairs.

My husband and I spend 4 days on Javier’s place, it is very good, with parking, less than 100m from the beach, with lots of restaurants, supermarkets, shops and even automatic laundry facilities close. It’s on 2nd floor with a beautiful view of the pool, gardens and sea. Good bed (we didn’t used the sofa bed) and a kitchen with all you need if want to cook, you only has to bring your food. We enjoyed breakfast at the terrace every day, the WiFi is good and strong to stream your favorite shows and movies. The communication with him it’s very good and respond very fast.

We spend two nights in Patricia's cottage . She welcomed us very warmly , had already provided a mobile gas stove, for which we were very grateful. There were fruits, tomatoes and drinks ready and she gave us lots of great tips for excursions in the area . The interior of the house is very cozy , everything is available to take care of yourself. Outside it is beautifully designed and invites you to sit. Since we only had one full day available, we started early. The area in this natural park is spectacular, we loved the small places on the beautiful beaches . Unfortunately, many restaurants were closed , the season at Cabo de Gata ended Mid October . We would like to thank Patricia again for her hospitality .

We had an excellent week of family vacations; we were two adults, a teenager and our cat. It was the one that had the best time because the apartment is spacious and with a balcony that looked out to browse. The terras is very nice. We enjoy the proximity of the beaches as well as restaurants. We will definitely repeat.

Fantastic apartment to stay in Roquetas . I can confirm that the balcony is both spacious, has nice views and gets sun from 13.00 till sunset. It is a 3 min walk to the beach and whilst the pool was unavailable for us to use it did look great. The apartment is well maintained, quiet amd with off road parking (June). A really enjoyable holiday.

Thank you to the hosts for their invaluable help in making our vacation a fantastic one. We had a great time, the accommodation was impeccable and the surroundings offer you everything you need to spend a few super relaxing days.

Spotless, great location, early check in, a cot set up for my baby (with a baby toy bought for him) comfortable beds, great air con, a 5 star stay. I will stay again - perfect !

Clean and tidy apartment, very quiet urbanization.

A very nice quiet location with lots of greenery. The house is relatively new, super clean and equipped with all the comforts. Even a swimming pool within the complex. The communication with Maria went very smoothly and quickly. A very positive experience and definitely recommended.

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful apartment. The photos are very accurate, apart from a nice surprise that there are actually two bathrooms. The apartment is in a great location close to the beach, restaurants and a supermarket. It has good reliable WiFi, comfortable beds and was well equipped with everything we needed for a long stay. The balcony is the best part of the apartment with comfortable seating, sun all day, and beautiful views over the marina and the beach. It was a bonus there was also access to a tennis court. Overall, we had a great time in the apartment.

Beautiful apartment that is equipped with all comforts. Lovely roof terrace to have breakfast and enjoy the view. Air conditioning works well in all area. Excellent WiFi. Parking in the garage at the bottom of the complex. Nice and clean pool. Within 5 minutes walking distance from the beach and 10 minutes walking distance to the supermarket and restaurants. The apartment building is in a quiet area and is sparkling clean. A very good value.

Magdalena is a very kind, polite and generous person. The perfect hostess! When I return to Almería again, I would like to stay in her apartment again.
