Excelente apto, arejado e com bela vista da igreja, fica à 350 m. da Ópera de Arame e Pedreira Paulo Leminski, onde fica a linha de ônibus turismo, nas proximidades também estão os parques Tanguá, São Lourenço, Tingui, Unilivre e Bosque do Alemão. Conta com cozinha equipada, sala com sofá cama e TV, 1 banheiro e 1 quarto com cama king size e de solteiro. A garagem é coberta individual para um carro.
