About the place: cozy, pleasant view and the Passaúna dam is the background of this view. A place that blends nature and urbanism. At night we feel at home, with the gentle rain. Good space in the bedrooms, living room, kitchen and laundry room. It is for those who want to come to Curitiba for work and also for those who want to feel nature a little closer. We made a campfire with friends and several children/teenagers to roast marshmallows, everyone loved it. Ivanir's accommodation simply gave us a unique experience of rest, peace, cost benefit and being so close to nature without leaving Curitiba. We will return!

My stay was amazing, the accommodation is impeccable, safe, comfortable. The location is great for walking around the city center and also easy access to visit various tourist spots.

Very complete apartment with all the items you need for a good stay. It is located near the establishment Essências. And the cleaning was all ok. The only problem I had was to find the apartment, but everything else is right!

Staying at Helena's accommodation was an excellent experience! The apartment was pristinely clean and organized. Even more beautiful than in the photos and had everything we could need during the stay. The outdoor area adds a plus along with the perfect location. All services are just a few blocks away, as well as a small mall with good restaurants, bakeries, a supermarket and bus stops right on the corner. The parking lot and parking space are easy to access and park. The neighborhood is beautiful, pleasant and quiet at night, which allows you to rest very well. A special place to make your visit to Curitiba even more unforgettable. Helena was a great host and provided all the necessary details for the stay and arrival.

The atmosphere is simply wonderful and cozy, let's go to the points: Beautiful house, beautiful decor, very spacious environment, super clean and fragrant, provides cutlery, stove, minibar, TVs, cleaning supplies, several blankets, all windows have beautiful curtains that allow you to choose a more private environment or in our case let the sun in, Ah, the view from the bedroom windows is beautiful. The entrance to the house is beautiful, with a flowery garden, very green that matches the calmness of the house. The neighborhood is very quiet and familiar. Now, as for Edna and Kalyta: Edna is a magnificent, generous, caring, attentive, friendly person, a very human hostess, she welcomed us as soon as we arrived, showed us the whole space, always kept in touch to assist us, made us feel at home the whole time. Thank you very much!! Kalyta accompanied us in negotiating the environment, and she was also very helpful, attending to all our requests, and very friendly. Highly recommend!!!

We love the apartment and the locality. Right next to the Botanical Gardens and close to other sights. And it is very easy to travel the city from the address of the apto. The rented unit is great! The village houses a small family (we went in 4) with comfort. Good room, good bedrooms and bathrooms, complete kitchen, in short, everything perfect. we will be back for sure!

The apartment is great, especially for those traveling with dogs because of the terrace, which is very spacious. It is well equipped and cleaned. The location is also very good and the building has a grocery store, which makes it a lot easier. The only issue I had was that the wifi didn't work and the host didn't respond to us in time to resolve it. But overall, everything was very good and I would come back.
