Leilighet i rolig område, oppusset i 2022 med nye overflater, nytt kjøkken og baderom. Etter at bildene ble tatt er det anskaffet sittegruppe på balkongen + grill. Sengen på det minste soverommet er byttet ut med to stk. Kivik sovesofaer fra IKEA, som kombinert med en ekstra overmadrass blir en behagelig 180 cm bred dobbeltseng for to personer. Det tar ca. 20-30 min med kollektivt inn til sentrum, "dør-til-dør". Bråk, festing og røyking i leiligheten eller på balkongen er ikke tillatt.
