In winter, the ski slope passes in front of the house, and the ski lift goes up behind the house. In the summer, we are a little hidden and can be reached via a short gravel road. The parking lot is right in front of the house.

The sunny terrace overlooking the Leogang stone mountains or the Leogang grass mountains is an absolute highlight.
