Notre maison située près de Nice compte deux étages dont un est entièrement réservé aux visites de la famille, des amis et aux locations Airbnb. Notre logement n'est pas neuf mais nous veillons au confort, à la qualité d'accueil et à améliorer constamment notre offre. Les dépendances (piscine, terrasse etc.) sont réservées aux seuls occupants de la maison (hôtes et voyageurs airbnb). Le logement possède une entrée indépendante et est quasi tout équipé (vaisselle, lave-linge, draps etc).

Isidore's house

Isidore's house, located between Nice (15 km) and Monaco (8 km) is part of our house with a separate entrance that is totally independent. The air-conditioned duplex includes a fully equipped kitchenette on the ground floor. In front of the entrance, a small table allows you to eat in the shade of the wisteria. Upstairs, one bedroom and one bathroom are accessed by a small staircase. A bay window in the bedroom gives access to a terrace with a beautiful sea view of the bay of Eze.

While the hustle and bustle of the Côte d'Azur beach area is only 25 mins drive away, we are in the Regional Natural Park of Préalpes d'Azur, full of outdoor activity opportunities such as river swimming and scenic trails. The Studio has access to a pool (May to October). Please note, this place is non-smoking. The owners are keen cyclists and the house is equipped with a basic workshop and bike storage for the guests.

F2 de 32 m2 situé au rez de chaussée de notre maison. Entrée indépendante et terrasse. Le canapé du salon n'est pas convertible et donc, ne peut pas servir de couchage. Places de parking gratuites visiteur à 50m du logement. Notre lotissement est dans un quartier calme. Je suis assistante maternelle agréée pour 4 enfants. Vous allez sûrement entendre le bruit des enfants en journée.

Check-in will be from 4pm and check-out 10am. A vehicle is recommended, parking is easy and free a few meters from the house on the street.
