The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Hier mitten in den Alpen und des Naturschutzgebietes Natura 2000 genießen Sie die Ruhe und Erholung mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Berge und auf einen idyllischen See. In 5 minutes you can reach Schwangau, the village of the royal castles with the castle brewery that spoils you with Bavarian specialties. The historic old town of Füssen with many restaurants, shops, supermarket can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Arrival via the A7, exit Füssen, keep following the signs "Königschlösser"

King Ludwig's Old Neighbour

Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

As soon as you arrive here, you’ll feel immediately relaxed. The air is fresh, the street is quiet and there’s a large green meadow next to the house with cows in summer. You have a breathtaking view on the Alps. The flat is located on the second floor where you can enjoy this view perfectly from our balcony. The flat is fully equipped with a large living- and dining room with fireplace, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.

Old town Villa | "Hohenschwangau"

At the edge of the medieval old town, immediately at the historical city wall, our 4-room-apartment is located on the third floor of a luxurios old town art nouveau villa, which is under monumental protection. The villa was completely renovated in 2015. The villa is in the heart of Füssen, just a stone´s throw from the old town and Füssen´s main station. The bus station to Schloss Neuschwanstein is only meters away.
