In the winter you can take advantage of the slalom slope which is right next door, just put on the slalom skis and start right on the trail or go cross-country skiing in scenic surroundings. It is also a nice and quiet place where you can relax with a good book,TV bonfire outside, etc. The northern lights can be seen often in winter 😀 During summer summertime you can go to the climbing park if it's open. There is plenty of opportunities to hike in the mountains and fields, and in the fall there is a great area for picking berries and mushrooms.

There are 3 bedrooms with a total of 7 sleeping places (2+2+3), and in addition there is a sofa bed in the living room with 2 sleeping places, and 1 folding bed in the stall. The apartment has a large bathroom and extra toilet and shower room. Kitchen has all equipment for cooking and dining.

The cabin lies in this beautiful vally in Øksfjord called Vassdalen. its surrounded by high mountains with many possibilities, in the summer there are many hiking trails of different difficulty and length. You can also fish in the freshwater about 80m from the cabin. In the winter you can start straight from the cabin to climb to high and wild mountains with lots of snow and extreme skiing, or you can walk in a light trail nearby.
