Amazing place with a pool and hot tub right on the beach! Perfect location (must have a car) to drive to Cefalu for a day trip. I could have stayed here for longer. There was a grill we used to make dinner. House was in great condition just as pictured. Highly recommend.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. It’s the perfect getaway from the busy city life’s we lead. The villa is beautiful and there is the added bonus that Massimo (the owner) has a pizza restaurant in the town which we went to twice and were well looked after. Would certainly recommend staying

Roberto is a great host, he is very caring and supported us super with all questions. We always felt very comfortable. The house is in a fantastic location, with great views of the sea on every level. The highlight is the private access to the sea. The pool offers everything you need for a great vacation. Parking spaces are available on the property. We had a VW bus, a motorcycle and a small rental car with us. (and mountain bikes) The proximity to the airport was very convenient for us because we were there with the whole family and our children arrived at different times. A private car is necessary to be mobile. For us it was perfect because we needed about 50 minutes to the climbing paradise San Vito del Capo and could also go to Palermo. The distance to the most beautiful places in West Sicily can be reached in <1 hour. The residential area is very quiet and well maintained and we always felt safe. Thanks to Roberto

Sophie and Alberto welcomed us very nicely and took the time to show us everything in peace. The house is great and the location in the middle of nature is unique. The view to the left shows the sea and the Aeolian Islands in the distance. The view to the right shows the mountains and valleys, simply beautiful. The pool is huge and offers the perfect opportunity to cool off on the hot days of the year. The drive from the road up to the house is adventurous and very steep, so we recommend renting a car with a little more horsepower and putting the more courageous driver behind the wheel. The time in June is absolutely recommended, as it is already very warm but not too hot. With a little travel time, shopping, beaches, the Madonie National Park and various restaurants are easy to reach and the towns of Cefalu and Palermo are worth a visit. We would recommend Airbnb at any time.

We have very much enjoyed a week in Ute’s lovely house. Well equipped, very private and quiet, we felt at home instantly! Nice (vegetable) garden, beautiful views to mountains and from roof terrace also to sea. Pool is lovely. Like I said to Ute: a real paradise. We hope to return in future! We had a wonderful time here and cannot wait to come back! The hosts are just the best and amazing. We would 100% recommend this villa!!! The pool, the garden, take it all in! The host also sent us recommendations as we wanted to check out locations that locals would recommend. The host even went step further in securing us a ride into town when we needed it as we could not secure a taxi at the last minute. This level of helpfulness is really thoughtful and we could not have appreciated it more!!!! Thank you so so much!!! We already miss the villa!

Thank you to Silvia and her family for a wonderful restful holiday. The garden is beautiful, pool area relaxing and property private and had everything we needed. Supermarket, lovely Panificio nearby for all food needs, Local train stations and choice of many restaurants.

Spacious vila with great outdoor space and good privacy. We stayed with our family with young kids and besides the pool there was plenty of entertainment for them. We loved the involvement of host Rosario. Very involved during our visit and made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks Rosario for our nice holiday stay at your vila as well as for the nice treats.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The space was very convenient to local restaurants and points of interest in the town. We especially appreciated having two bathrooms and free parking right outside the unit.

The experience at Gianluca's villa was simply unforgettable. Immersed in an oasis of tranquility, the villa offers unparalleled tranquility, ideal for those who want to get away from the daily hustle and bustle. The pool, perfectly cared for, is the real heart of the house: spending the days on the bathtub with a splendid view of the sea has been restorative. The view is breathtaking, with the sea stretching over the horizon, offering incredible shows especially at sunset. At night, the starry sky was the icing on the cake. The lack of light pollution made it possible to admire once celestial times punctuated by stars, creating a magical and romantic atmosphere. In short, this villa is perfect for those looking for an elegant and relaxing retreat, where the sea, nature and peace meet in perfect balance. Can't wait to go back!

Hosts were really firendly. They left us some bakery products, water, beer and grapes. It was lovely. We also had a small problem with the alarm and they helped us in 5 minutes. We wanted to check-in half an hour earlier and they allowed us. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures. It was clean - there were some ants, but the ants were also in our second apartment, where we stayed, so I guess it's normal :) We got to park right next to the apartment. The little city itself is cute, but there wasn't really anything to do. We loved one bakery that was like 150 meters from the apartment. We mostly went to Palermo by car. We cooked almost every dinner in the apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed - bowls, knives, salt, oil etc. One of the hotplates did not work but it was okay. Overall we would recommend this place, it was cute and the design was awesome, you could park for free. But just keep in mind, that you shall need a car to drive to bigger cities/beaches.

Very good hosting by Vincenzo, very responsive, helpful. Well-located accommodation, close to the castle, on a quiet little street, as described. Parking is available not too far away for free.

Staying at Daniele's home, it was fantastic! A home decorated in an old Italian style, which makes it super atmospheric! Everything is as described and cozy. I highly recommend staying at Daniele's home.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place! We got a super warm welcome with some local sweets, which was such a nice surprise. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed to cook our own meals. The hosts were great – always quick to respond whenever we had a question. The location is just few minutes off the main road between Palermo and Cefalù, so it’s a perfect spot for exploring the northern part of Sicily. Despite the road being close, it was very quiet in the apartment. One thing we loved was how cool the apartment stayed – even though it was really hot outside, we didn’t need to use the AC at all thanks to the curtains keeping the heat out. The bedroom stays pretty dark throughout the day because the window doesn’t let in much light. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Sabrina is a very kind and responsive host. She took the time to send lots of local recommendations. She was very proactive in helping is with an issue with the water late at night. The apartment is very spacious and the bed is very comfortable!

We had a lovely stay at Salvatore's place. The view from the rooms was breathtaking, the apartment was very clean, and having a private parking spot in Palermo priceless. Salvatore was always very responsive. Check-in was flawless and we felt immediately like at home. The apartment has A/C in the bed rooms, which is a must during summer. The location is perfect to reach Mondello or Palermo's city center in just 10 minutes by car. This gave us the possibility to enjoy both the beach and the cultural beauties of Palermo. We will definitely visit again once we are back in Palermo. Thanks :-)

Sandro was such an amazing host. He took the time to meet us and give us tips and recommendations of the area. Every time I messaged him he was super responsive. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Apartment is beautiful and just as advertised. Alberto’s mother was there to check us in early and show us around. Even though she didn’t speak English she communicated perfectly with her phone. :) Centrally located to the street food and shops. You do have to take a cab to get to boat excursions and the beach but that is understood when you pick the place. It was wonderful having such a large place with air conditioning and all the amenities you could need. Would definitely stay again.

Gabriele’s place is great to relax and explore the surrounding part of Sicily. I’ll definitely recommend a car to get around and do the shopping but essentials such as ice cream and a bakery are in walking distance. The place fits 7-8 people easily and all the essentials are there. Gabriele is a great host, kind and super responsive! Definitely would come back.

I’m almost at a loss of where to begin with how much my family and I enjoyed Diego’s incredible accommodation and hospitality! As a beach fanatic, this was the perfect location to enjoy a private and gorgeous location on the Mediterranean. No picture can do justice to the jaw-dropping water and the hours I happily spent wandering the coastline. Others have mentioned the generous spread of local treats Diego and his family provided - I can not overstate how helpful and welcome this was throughout our stay. Because of this, we were able to enjoy home cooked meals most nights; not because we were intending to be frugal (we are vacationing after all!), but because the items he provided were just that copious and delicious. The property grounds are lush and pristine, the bedrooms comfortable, clean and well-appointed, and the craftsmanship of the home is gorgeous. Most importantly perhaps, Diego and his family made US feel like family. Responsive, warm & a true taste of hospitality.

The stay at Marias apartment was very good and we immediatly felt at home :) Also we were picked up at the train station and Anna showed us around in Porticello, thanks for that :) You´re living in in middle of Porticello where everthing that you need is really close, supermarket 5 min. / Pizza and other restaurants 1-5 min. / Beach 5 min... Also there are activities quite close to the house, for example: Archological Museum / Ruins 25 min. / Lighthouse 45 min. / Trainstation 20 min. Like other people in reviews mentioned, the pictures of the apartment are a bit misleading, since you´re not directly at the beach but a small walk apart from it. The pictures of the interior on the other hand are accurate and everyhing that you need is there. The only "negatives" we could mention are that the house is a bit dark and also its sometimes little loud (so if you´re maye sensible in that regard better bring earplugs / sleeping Mask etc.) We can highly recommend staying at Marias apartment :)

One of the most gorgeous panoramic views of the ocean I have ever seen! Ferdinando’s place was clean and had everything we needed. It was a cozy and comfortable place to relax in while enjoying the views. The private beach was also very beautiful and easily accessible! The location is also situated minutes away from Scopello Village and Zingaro, so there is plenty to do in the area. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. They greet you upon arriving and walk you through everything you need to know about the amenities in the house. This was a dream stay, I highly recommend this place!

Lorella was a lovely host, very helpful and the house and surroundings were very beautiful. The house is in a quite place but its very close to loads of beautiful beaches, nature and towns. Perfect starting point to discover the west side of Sicily!
