Charming 4-room apartment in the countryside with highway connection (3 km away). Adelsried is located near Augsburg and is 20 minutes from the Legoland in Günzburg and from the Messe Augsburg or the Augsburg Puppenkiste. The surrounding area invites you to go on excursions and bike rides, as Adelsried is located on the well-known cycle path. A particularly great adventure playground is located in Hamel. The thermal baths Titania (for bathing, wellness, sauna, etc.) in the region can also be reached in 10 minutes by car.

Our new apartment is located on the ground floor in the basement. It is fully equipped with 54 m². In the apartment there is a bedroom, bathroom, a nice dining room, living room with a pull-out sofa bed. The spacious terrace with lounge and seating area can also be used, including a large garden with climbing frame for the children. There are many attractions in our area, such as Legoland, Steiff Museum. The apartment is not suitable as a fitter's or worker's apartment.

Entspanne dich mit der ganzen Familie in unserer ruhig gelegenen Unterkunft. Auf 65m² findet eine vierköpfige Familie ausreichend Platz. Auf der Terasse kann man bei schönem Wetter Zeit verbringen und den Blick über den Garten hinweg über die Brenz hin zur Donau schweifen lassen. Die ruhige Lage lädt zum Entspannen ein. Von hier aus können Ausflüge z.B. ins Legoland gestartet werden. Der nahe gelegene Spielplatz bietet die Möglichkeit für Kinder sich austoben.
