Waterfront holiday rentals in Alto Alentejo

Unbeatable location with an amazing view of the beach and promenade below. The place was as advertised and although not luxurious, was very comfortable for the three of us. Our son slept on the sofa bed in the living room which was close to the balcony and as such there was a fair bit of noise from the street below but not unexpected when you’re in the thick of it! The noise was less noticeable in the bedroom. Parking was a slight challenge but the host was very helpful with instructions about locating the free parking areas not too far away. We would definitely stay there again and really loved our couple of days in Nazare.

We had an amazing stay at Susana’s place :-) Though, we didn’t expect to climb up such steep and narrow steps up to the apartment but we managed! Susana was responsive, kind and very helpful. Check-in was a breeze and the location is perfect— right in the middle of bustling street in the heart of Lisbon, made this stay incredibly worth it :-) The apartment itself was beautifully decorated, with gorgeous views out into the sea from the balcony and a humble pantry for cooking. Highly recommend.

Place was an extremely awesome location! The Fry stand next door is a must try. The host is very responsive and helpful. Just a heads up if driving into the city, apartment is hard to stop next to and unload. Host was able to help us find a parking garage to unload our things.

Diogo’s apartment was spacious, comfortable, lovely, and extremely well situated near restaurants, bars, and attractions. Be sure to check out Bar 1868 for drinks and Palacio Chiado for dinner which are right around the corner from Diogo’s place. Diogo was extremely communicative, friendly, and helpful. We loved Lisbon so much and would be honored to get to stay at Diogo’s place again!!!

This place was great for three couples (we made the youngest sleep on the pullout, lol). Everyone had their own bathroom. The living space accommodated all of us. So nice to have an outdoor area with beautiful views! Get ready for the stairs to walking up the 4 flights though. Luckily we were out most of the day. lol. Beautiful place!

Sergio is a great host. Communication and check in worked perfectly. The apartment is lovely; well furnished and designed. We loved the terrace and the view. Location is also great to discover the town. As any downtown location it comes with a certain noise level on Saturday nights though which shouldn't be a surprise if travelling through Portugal in summer time but ear plugs might be useful if you are sensitive to this.

Bruno and Rita we're wonderful hosts and the Airbnb was charming, spacious, clean, and very close to the beach. It was exactly what we were looking for. And you can see the ocean from multiple rooms which really makes a beach vacation compete.

Wonderful stay at Sofia‘s place. My daughter and I created some wonderful memories. She was really helpful the entire time we were there, especially with my broken adapter and suggestions for what to do with a limited amount of time. Would like to stay here again someday. We spent a week at Daniel's house with 2 families and had a great time. The house and property are not only large, but also already furnished or laid out. The kitchen is well equipped and with heated pool, new foosball, yoga mats, the ping pong table and the barbecue there is plenty to do even without excursions. But given the beautiful, quiet nature (occasionally the dog barking a little annoying) in the immediate vicinity and the versatile beaches (in the west with waves, at Sesimbra quiet Caribbean, but cold:-)) it would be a pity to forego excursions. However, you need a rental car and shopping facilities are a little further away (until the small shop in the village that offers Essentials). We would definitely book the house again.

We had an amazing stay, how lucky we were to have stayed in this accommodation and in this neighborhood. The house is full of charm and very comfortable. We loved the view and the typical neighborhood. A big thank you to Marie for her welcome, responsiveness and advice!

Even though it is listed as being in Figueira da Foz, it is actually in the neighbourhood of Buarcos. Much better. More authentic. You are steps away from the beach. Daniel and Elisabete are a nice, hardworking couple. Very friendly. The place is perfect, quiet and in the old part of town. You are within the old remparts. Nice walks and beach strolls all around. Lidl supermarket 5 minutes away. The terrace is beautiful. Big plus. I definitely recommend this place.

Extremely nice apartment and well equipped with kitchen and bathroom supplies. Location was 5 minute walk to grocery store and 2 bus stations within 1 minute walk. Balcony was wonderful to enjoy morning and evening. If you enjoy walking, closest beach is 10 minutes away. Thank you for sharing your home. Would book again if i make a return trip!

We stayed there as couple for 4 nights. We had the rooftop apartment and it was even better than what we imagined from pictures. All amenities are spotless and at different level - like you would buy for your own place. We liked specifically the private parking and lemon trees at site. We felt like Villa didn’t match with its surroundings. Even though it had a spectacular view over the port, location is not a typical city center. A short Uber ride is sufficient to get you to the city though. We would definitely come back and stay here. We loved it!

Great location and balcony had beautiful views of the sunset - very private. The apartment was immaculate and perfect for our short Lisbon stay. Also there is No 28 tram stop at the top of the road! A great place to stay and loads of good restaurants and bars nearby

Perfect location for a solo traveler, staying just one night in Coimbra. what I loved was how walkable the apartment was to everything, from the city center to the gardens to the university. And then all of the river walk being so accessible and close was a huge bonus. I really enjoyed my overnight here and found the apartment to have what I needed. Eduardo and Manuela were responsive and helpful!

We loved our time in this centrally located condo! It was cozy and clean, and we had easy access to beaches, stores, and restaurants. We would come here again and again.

We had a great time. From the apartment, we could visit many beautiful places and it is still very quiet and private. The village is only 4 minutes away by car and it is also very nice to eat something there and spend time on the beach. The hostess provided us with everything necessary and was not intrusive. We will be happy to come back!
