Carolas place was great, it had everything we needed with a comfy bed and great shower. The bikes were useful for getting around the local area and into the city - mainly off road through the Turia Gardens. Nice outside space too!

Loved everything about this home.. notice I used the word home. Lovely homey touches throughout. The tile work is simply beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the garden is so serene. Very fun yet relaxed area with very friendly/nice neighbors. Would go back in a heartbeat.

The arrival was very simple and we also appreciate that the house is at the entrance to the parking lot. We were very comfortable in the accommodation at all times. We enjoyed a few days of grilled meat on a grill with plenty of space and area to work the meat, next to a very comfortable terrace covered by the sun. The pool was great for a few hot days. If I had to give something "negative" but with the intention of improvement that has not affected the assessment... I would say that the freezer did not cool at the same power all the time. We put an ice cream in on the first day and took it out on the third day in the afternoon, but it wasn't frozen, it was more of a mousse. Even so, it fulfilled its function and I am sure that they will find a solution. Another aspect that I would like to emphasize is that there were food plastics (cheese and a chicken tray) from the previous guests in some areas of the terrace. Nothing that has bothered us, but I did want to point it out. Thank you very much for everything!

Perfect spot for a quiet weekend by the sea with my mother and family. The location on the beach is exactly what we were looking for: peace, sun and the sound of waves crashing. It was plenty of space for the 4 of us and the extra bathroom outside was great for quick showers after a dip in the water. Parking was easy, but I could see it being difficult in the peak seasons based on the availability on a calm weekend. The supermarket is walking distance and has all the necessities, while larger facilities and greater variety of restaurants are within a 10 minute drive. The water was clean and felt amazing even in September. The beach is pebbly, but nothing that wasn't manageable with water shoes. Once in the water, the rocks were minimal and we had a pleasant swim. There are larger rocks creating small coves, but that did not create any issues to swim, but in fact helped break the waves and created calmer waves. Our host was so kind, responsive and pleasant as well. Highly recommend.

Great spot , 10 minutes from the beach and close to public transport. Apartment was exactly what I wanted , maintained its traditional characteristics but had the mod cons you need. Definitely recommend it , beautiful home , beautiful veranda. Super

Had a fantastic stay - thank you Maribel! The house and garden were even bigger than they looked in the photos and absolutely perfect for kids to play in. The house was very clean, comfy and well equipped and great for being inside or outside depending on the weather. The neighbourhood was very peaceful and we loved strolling to the beach for a swim each day. Maribel gave some great restaurant recommendations and helped with supermarket directions, and it was an easy walk to churros and icecream at Canet. We’d all love to come back!

We loved the house in Baldovar, it’s a very cozy house with a great indoor fire place and bbq. The town was very quiet town and perfect for a tranquil retreat. One of the best places to see the starry night, many walking trails around the house and in the area. Wi-Fi also perfect for working from home. Jesus is a great host, very helpful and communicative. Will definitely repeat!

A fantastic stay at Silvia’s! She’s a brilliant host, very welcoming, responsive and with a great sense of humour! Silvia place is in fab spot for transport and 5 minutes walk over to the beautiful beaches. We hired bikes for the 3 days to cycle up through the park to the old town, along beach to Little Venice and also down to south beach and lagoon area in between cycling over to the university hockey pitches to take in the Masters euros( the reason for our visit), great cycle tracks throughout and highly recommend. Definetly be in touch with Silvia if (when) returning to Valencia. Thank you!

We had a pleasant stay in this house . Peaceful village, very quiet ( what we were looking for ). The kids enjoyed the pool, which is a real highlight . The house was very clean upon arrival , which is nice . Isabel was very responsive . Air-conditioned house, very appreciated with these hot weather! Valencia is 25/30 min by car . Thank you Isabel .

The four of us (and our dog) spent four wonderful days in this charming finca. From the moment of arrival, we felt immediately welcome thanks to the host's warm welcome. What a lovely place to land – peace, space and the singing of birds in the background made it a perfect start to our vacation. The finca exudes atmosphere and authenticity, and at the same time it is comfortable and equipped with every comfort. Our dog felt as at home as we did, which made the stay even more special. We are so grateful that we were able to be here and are already looking forward to next time. Highly recommended for those looking for peace, nature and a warm welcome. Thank you! 🌿✨

A very unique little town! If you want to experience off the beating track then this place won’t disappoint. Small community, beautiful streets and buildings in the middle of mountainous terrain. Friendly people. If you aren’t a confident driver just be careful of the narrow streets and steep hills!

The house is beautiful, and with the location, 3 steps from the sea, you can breathe peace and tranquility. It is prepared with all the comforts to enjoy with family/friends. Alex, the host, provided all the facilities and was attentive at all times. As a point of improvement, although in general it was quite good (7 out of 10), more attention in some areas of the house in terms of cleanliness. But in short, the location, the host's attention and the house itself, invites you not to want to leave and to recommend it with your eyes closed so that it can be enjoyed. Impeccable and 100% functional apartment. Everything was very clean and the apartment is even better than in the photos. Eva was very helpful, let me check in early and responded quickly. The apartment has all the utensils and amenities available and everything was working very well. Excellent location! It would be back for sure!

My stay at Mathilde and Elias' house was simply wonderful. The house is very quiet, comfortable and perfectly equipped to accommodate six people. It is well located and easy to find. But what made this experience really special was Elias's kindness: I have rarely met someone so attentive and pleasant. She welcomed us with sweets, juices, and milk, which was a much appreciated gesture. I will definitely be back. Thanks for everything!

Juan's place is an absolute gem. Amazing location and view. Very pristine and serene. Great communication, very friendly and helpful. I already miss the place.

We felt very comfortable in Maria's apartment for 4 weeks. The apartment is very clean, everything is available for a longer vacation. The beach is just a few meters away and every Saturday there is a beautiful farmers' market just two streets away. Maria even has chairs and a parasol for the beach and a trolley for shopping. Loving welcome gifts, such as treats for our dogs and coffee and cookies, as well as a bottle of chilled water, were provided. We can only highly recommend the apartment and its loving landlady. Thank you for the wonderful stay in your lovingly furnished apartment.

Eva and her husband are fantastic hosts, they were attentive at all times, from the terrace of the house you can hear the streams descending from ravines and valleys, they join hundreds of small fountains and water veins, all different in appearance and the landscape of the stones, brambles, bushes or trees that surround them, the house has everything you need to spend a fantastic few days in a beautiful and cozy town.

My children and I love staying here! Alberto and his parents, neighbors, locals, everyone is so wonderful! His father leaves oranges and lemons often for us. His parents live locally to address any issues and my kids love them! This isn't our first time staying at his place and hopefully won't be the last! Wonderful place and people to stay with!

Hosts' hospitality was flawless. He is very attentive and quick to answer the questions. The only observation if they go to this region go by car as it is very far away.

We've stayed here 7 times, always clean and good facilities.
