Great location and cute spot. Convenient and all the amenities we needed for the weekend.

This is a peaceful quiet hideaway in Pennacook, a village within the city limits of NH's capital city, Concord. It had everything I needed & was well laid out.

Perfect Airbnb. We stayed for a long weekend and had a wonderful time. The hot tub, pool table, dart board, piano, book collection, and giant tv ensured we were never bored. The view was incredible, it felt like we were in a movie. The hosts answered very quickly whenever we had a question, and they also ensured we had a lot of privacy, which was really appreciated. 10000/10! I would stay here again and again and again. No complaints at all.

The apartment was perfect for 2 people. Parking lot was well lit. The apartment was clean and very well furnished. The bed was super comfortable. Great restaurant within walking distance. Would highly recommend.

We loved it here. Quiet and amazing sunrise view. We ended up extending our stay a week longer. Lindsay was quick to respond and we enjoyed our stay.

We can't say enough about how great this apartment was for us and how great Sandy and Tom are both as hosts and as people! Sandy is very accommodating and makes her guests feel so welcome by providing everything they might need (and also things they didn't know they needed but were glad to have!). The unit is well stocked and furnished very comfortably. The location by the lake is beautiful and it's so convenient to be right on the lake and also a short walk into town (and an even shorter drive). Our daughter and granddaughter had a lot of fun on the 2 paddle boards, and we used the canoe as well to explore the lake. There are plenty of chairs to sit by the lake, and it was really nice to sit around the firepit in the evening. We hope we'll have the opportunity to go back to Meredith and stay with Sandy and Tom again.

What a wonderful stay we had at Bill & Lil's! There was excellent communication from beginning to end and everything is exactly as described. There is plenty of space for 2-4 to enjoy a comfortable stay. The entire property is beautiful and well cared for. Perfect location for a quiet, relaxing get-away yet only a short drive to a variety of restaurants, wineries, brewery, grocery stores, shopping and much more. A big THANK YOU to them for being AMAZING hosts! The thoughtful touches from Lil were very much appreciated. We will most definitely be back.

The Tilton condo is exactly as Sharon described it!! It was very spacious and clean. We had 2 dogs with us and there was plenty of room to be very comfortable. The kitchen was very nice & had everything you could want to make meals. We both thought the bed was super comfortable and that is very important to us! Sharon was a gracious host leaving us a small treat basket & a basket full of incidentals that we might of forgot to bring! Our overall stay was wonderful, definitely recommend this condo! We felt right at home at this cosy stay! Michael left us some homemade banana bread and fresh honey from his backyard and was super nice and responsive! My fiancé went fishing nearby and I stayed in and read! It was so peaceful. It was a lovely kid free stay and we will definitely be back!

Great stay, parking was easy, everything was so clean and well thought out. The towels were the softest. Everything we needed was provided and easy to find. Also, the pool was great.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was immaculately clean, cozy, and full of charm. You can really tell that a lot of thought went into the little details—everything we could possibly need was already there, making our stay feel so comfortable and effortless. The space had such a warm, welcoming vibe and felt like a home away from home. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive from start to finish. We truly couldn’t be happier with our experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This was an excellent find. The apartment was spacious, clean, tastefully furnished and inviting. The kitchen had all the basics needed for a comfortable stay. It is very close to Concord and it only takes 10 to 20 minutes to get to places of interest. We will definitely consider staying here again the next time we come to Concord.

We had a great stay here during our honeymoon tour of Maine! The place was so cute and cozy. It was in a great location, walkable to all the area has to offer. Excited to visit again in the future!

Amazing view, close to everything.. Very responsive and clean..Plenty of extra parking on the lower level if you’re pulling a camper or trailer..Was my first time renting a airbnb and it was a great experience..

You get a nice view of the lake and sun rise in the morning. Place was clean and beautifully decorated. Though, be aware that the WiFi isn’t great here so it might not be the place for you if a consistent connection is your thing.

We had a lovely stay at the condo. It was the most comfy place to get snowed in. We received about a foot of snow the night we checked in and Seasons was very helpful to continually plow and shovel walkways. We explored the property and had fun sledding down hills with our tube. The condo is very clean and comfortable and has everything you may need. It was still decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch as well. The electric fireplaces worked great and were so pretty to look at. All of the furniture was very cozy and comfortable. The carpet throughout is great on cold days. We highly recommend a sleigh ride at Nestlenook farm if staying in the winter. Living Shores Aquarium is down the block and a great place to visit with kids. Diana’s Baths is a short drive away and beautiful to explore in the snow. Our daughter loved seeing the frozen waterfall. There are lots of restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to come back and see it during the summer months.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect. It was quiet and private while being close to the conference center (a 3 minute walk) and shops/restaurants of the town square (a 5 minute walk). The condo was exactly what we needed and extremely clean. The kitchen is nicely updated and the living room area has lots of natural light and is perfect for watching a movie after dinner. This is an end unit and faces the woods instead of the road or parking lot which added to its peacefulness. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was spacious and fun! The highlight for us was the view and the sound of the river and the birds. It was peaceful and just what we were looking for. Being on the first floor, close to the doors was incredibly convenient. There were luggage carts that helped us get our stuff in quickly and with minimal effort. The place was well stocked with quality towels and dishes, cleaning supplies and extra sheets. All around, it’s a great place to relax for the weekend. We would definitely book again.

I stayed here with my dog and the place was perfect! Great backyard area, it felt very private and quiet. The space was comfortable and clean and the hosts were very helpful and friendly! Would love to stay here again.

Loni’s place is nicely designed and furnished, very comfortable. It is walking distance from great attractions, shops, restaurants, and cafes.
