Located one block off Public (Lafayette’s Main St.) this area has much to offer just steps away. Lafayette is known for its art culture with many studios, restaurants, breweries and antique shops within walking distance.

This lower-level apartment is 1.5 miles north of Boulder. It has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a workspace, living room, its own kitchenette, and entrance. Right down the hill you'll find hiking and mountain bike trails, bike paths, coffee shops, restaurants, Upslope Brewery, and wineries/cideries. It’s about 5 miles from downtown Boulder and the Pearl Street mall and less than an hour drive from Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park, and about an hour drive south to Denver.
