This is on a bus route, 1 mile from central Boulder, it is a new tiny home. Has very nice views, near a bus line, rural setting.
“We LOVED staying at this awesome tiny house! It was so cozy and clean, and the location was completely perfect - it feels very private, but is close to stores, restaurants and things to do. We had a great time and would love to come back someday!”
Current Covid-19 precautions I'm taking: minimum of 3-4 days between guests, all surfaces wiped down with bleach solution. As is my usual, all linens changed out between guests. This close in mountain retreat has great mountain, valley and sky views through two large windows. Queen bed. Two sitting areas with great views. Wood and tile floors throughout. Very quiet!
“Everything about this place is worth whatever you spend on staying there. Isolated but not too far from civilization. Beautiful views. The place was immaculate; if you’re looking to recharge or to get away, THIS is the place. Strong WiFi, as it worked in the noted outdoor seating area. Plenty of hot water for showers & there was even a selection of snacks/coffee & teas. Books to read if you’re bored but there’s also a smart TV. I suggest if you visit to ask Marc about any hiking / trails in the area. His tips were PERFECT. 100000% would stay here again.”
No extra charges for this bedroom with a private deck nestled by the mountains next door to Eben Fine Park and Boulder Creek. Trails in 3 directions, a few steps from my door. Walk to Pearl Street Mall, CU and Chautauqua.
“Great location, hospitality, and friendly host! Stewart even picked us up from the bus station and gave us a tour of the house :)”
