We are located just minutes to downtown Boulder on a tree-lined country lane. Our property feels like you are in the country and yet you are just a 5 to 10 minute drive to anywhere in Boulder. There are two great walking trails just minutes from us. Well stocked kitchen, W/D, private outside seating area, and off-street parking.

While this studio is priced a bit higher than some, there is a reason. It's an absolutely amazing space in an incredible Boulder neighborhood. Cute hideaway in central boulder! Clean & cozy studio room with private bathroom, amenities and outdoor area. Architecturally connected to primary home with kind family. Please note: as the apartment is connected to main living area, muffled sound travels between the spaces. We honor quiet hours between 10-7. Most guests don’t find this to be an issue. As you’ll see in the photos, the Murphy bed can be folded up during the day for more space.
