The entire cottage is fully renovated and remodeled yet retains its original 1940s charm. There is a flagstone patio in front as well as designated guest parking provided. Since it is a single level duplex , the owner is close by should you need anything extra or would like recommendations for shopping or dining in the area . The cottage is located in the Ivywild neighborhood of the Creek District. The property is an 8 minute walk to shops, restaurants, and the local performing arts theater. The area is very walkable . Walk or bike to the Creekside District. Bikes available on request and provide a great way to get to nearby bars and restaurants with out driving.l The Cottage is equipped with extras to make your stay relaxed and enjoyable such as; Keurig coffee pods, fire logs for fireplace and laundry products for full laundry room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need for preparing snacks or meals. Bathroom includes amenities such as designer shampoo, conditioner , body soap, lotion and Turkish cotton towels.
