Die Wohnung bietet ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Arbeitsplatz und eine große Küche mit kleiner Küchenzeile, einen Esstisch und eine kleine Schlafcouch in der Küche, die aber auch ins Schlafzimmer gestellt werden kann. Cozy bright 2-room apartment with 48 m² of living space for 2 people in Karlsruhe on the ground floor in an apartment building. The apartment offers one bedroom, bathroom with bathtub and a large living room with open kitchen. The highlight is the terrace with a small garden facing south-west. Karlsruhe city center can be reached in 5 minutes by car or in 10 minutes by bus (stop 100 m away). In the immediate vicinity about 150 m there are two large discount stores.

Whether hiking in the Palatinate, a few days of wellness or the tranquility of nature right outside the front door - a lot can be combined in this accommodation. The pool is particularly popular with our guests as it provides refreshment after sauna and walks. Privacy is also particularly appreciated, as both the pool and sauna and garden are available for exclusive use. The pool can be used all year round, but is not heated. A hot tub is not available.

We rent a separate room with private bathroom, kitchen and TV on the 3rd floor of our historic tower house. The house is located on a turning hammer and in less than five minutes you are at the tram stop “Feierabendweg” from where you are in 10 minutes in the city center of Karlsruhe. In good weather, you can see both the Black Forest and the Palatinate Forest from the room. The double bed built into the sofa can be converted into a living area,

Enjoy the simple life in this peaceful and centrally-located place, within walking distance of 10 minutes to the train station and 20 minutes to the city center, 3 minutes to the S-Bahn. The apartment is a converted shed, accessed via a steep staircase. There is a small entrance area on the first floor with a wardrobe and seating. The upper floor has a small living/sleeping area with a small kitchen, seating and a small bathroom with shower.

Das 1 Zimmerapartment befindet sich im Erdgeschoss unseres Wohnhauses. Es verfügt über ein eigenes kleines Badezimmer mit Dusche. Die offene Miniküche verfügt über ein Herdplatte, einen Minibackofen, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank. Es gibt freien WLAN aber auch Internetkabel im Zimmer. Unsere Unterkunft ist eine NICHTRAUCHER Unterkunft.

Weekend house in the countryside near the city

You can enjoy nature without direct neighbors and are still in the residential area of Durlach after 200 m. The pedestrian zone of Durlachs can be reached in 5 minutes by car and only 12 minutes by car is Karlsruhe, the 2nd largest city in Baden-Württemberg. A wonderful place to relax and unwind!
