Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800m) but also the surrounding nature are in principle within walking distance. Pitch, WiFi included. The city tax will be charged on site after booking.

Experience pure nature on beautiful walks, enjoy the sun on the roof loggia overlooking the foothills of the Alps. And yet in the middle of the Allgäu with all its possibilities. Hiking, mountain climbing, water sports, a trip to the royal castles or Lake Constance. All destinations can be reached within an hour.

Kempten is the metropolis in beautiful Allgäu. The light-flooded apartment is located in the northern city center. It is a 5-minute walk to St. Lorenz is a 5-minute walk. There is also the beautiful weekly market twice a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Here is also the residence of the former monastery and today's court with its beautiful gardens. From here, the Kempten city center also begins with its pedestrian zone and the shopping metropolis of the Allgäu.

The apartment can accommodate 3 people and has its own access with a key box. The small nest in the attic (4th floor, without an elevator with a partially narrow steep staircase) in Kempten old town you have all to yourself. Start the day on the roof terrace. You can easily walk to a variety of good restaurants, the pedestrian zone and thus all kinds of shopping. Car parking space right by the house. Kempten is located in the heart of the Allgäu. From here you can quickly reach the mountains, lakes and castles.

Die Ferienwohnung ist hell, freundlich und befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend in der Stadt Kempten. Aus jedem Fenster blickt man in einen großen und schön eingewachsenen Garten. Die Ferienwohnung hat eine eigene Terrasse mit Gartenmöbel und Markise.
