Small but nice single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. The immediate surroundings are a new development area (single and multi-family homes). The price varies according to the number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500 m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800 m) but also the surrounding nature are basically within walking distance. Parking space, WiFi included. The visitor's tax is charged on site after booking.

Roofed terrace with a lovely garden. A sliding ladder for access to the bedroom upstairs. Double queen bed . Guest shower in the main house a short distance to walk. Summertime , a solar shower and small plunge pool with natural spring water. Not suitable for small children or aged people.
