Mr. José was always attentive since we arrived, we did not struggle with any basic service, he was very kind and the place is very comfortable, in addition to the fact that there are several grocery stores, pharmacies and stores around where we could print, which was very useful to us. I definitely recommend it.

We cannot praise this accommodation enough. The views from the 25th floor were stunning, both night and day. Our host, Daniel, was fantastic from start to finish. Communication was absolutely excellent and nothing was too much trouble, so much so that, when we thought our flight was going to be delayed, he arranged for the building reception to stay open a bit later for us - real customer service! The apartment was much better than described and is very luxurious. Building security was excellent and we felt safe at all times. Personalised videos were sent to us throughout our stay giving valuable information. Although our daughter had already prepared a very full itinerary, Daniel offered his thoughts on the tourist highlights that we shouldn't miss - they were already on the agenda! All in all, the most fabulous visit and we couldn't recommend this apartment highly enough. If we come back again, we will be sure to book this accommodation again.

Lucy’s place is really beautiful and is mostly quiet. It’s in a large complex with other apartments so the walls are a little thin but everyone went to bed at a respectful hour. The security guards were very kind and helpful and it’s a good element to have 24/7 security. The shower didn’t have any soap - just shampoo and conditioner but those were very nice products. I only stayed for one night and Lucy was very accommodating and friendly with a late booking. I think this apartment would be must worth it for more than one night (as many are likely) because of the costs associated with cleaning. Overall I really enjoyed my experience and would stay again. This is a happy place. it is quiet, primate, well maintained, clean & confortable. The caretakers are fantastic and the location is perfect, near to evrything anyone needs. I love the place and Lady is a great host

Everything is excellent, the Department, as shown in the images of the listing, a very quiet area, very quiet. Everything really exceptional is located in a very central area, where three blocks away, you have the metrobus and you can move extremely easily to any part of the city

This is the fourth time I've stayed at this accommodation managed by Yasmín. She was always attentive to me and my needs, the space was always impeccable and the location is highly recommended if you have to work in the Santa Fe sector. I really recommend it!!!!!!

The place is just like the photos, very well located, a park and stores half a block away.

The accommodation is ideally located, close to virtually everything and has everything you need to stay every day you want. The arrival is very comfortable and the host is always available for any questions. The only thing I do want to comment on, and I don't know if it was something that happened during the days of our stay or if it was something continuous, is that next to the building is the tolerance museum and precisely in the afternoons/evenings a lot of people gathered demonstrating in favor of marijuana, with a very strong smell and you could feel some insecurity. Advantages or disadvantages of staying in such a central area. Apart from that, which has nothing to do with the host who was always attentive, the accommodation is perfect and we would surely repeat.

On my last visits to the Df, I choose to stay in this apartment and everything is always excellent. Highly recommended

It is located on the 3rd floor of a quiet building, without annoying noises. It has a fast Wi-Fi service. Excellent climate, cool. If you are chilly, you will eat comfortably without being cold and if you are hot, there is a large fan at your disposal, in addition to three windows that not only provide ventilation but also a lot of lighting, which you can do without by lowering the windows. But the plus is that Gonzalo is a host who cares about his guest and is available by WhatsApp at all times, always trying to make sure that you have the best stay in his apartment.

It is located in a very quiet area, ideal for resting, and the space is comfortable, clean and perfect for accommodating three people or even four. In addition, the location is very convenient, since there are shops and services nearby. I especially note the attention of the host, who was very kind and was attentive to us at all times. I would definitely stay here again.

The view is total awe, especially at night. The colors and decor gives the apartment a nice airy feel. Barbara communicated well, there are people that say call me if you need anything, then there are people who really mean it. Good to have a host that shows that level of interest and willingness to help however they can. The location was convenient for every place I needed to go!

The place is absolutely lovely and ran by a wonderful 24hr concierge team. Noelia & Gabrielle have loads of great recommendations for things to do around Polanco and further out. They've been super helpful in answering our questions and getting a lovely cleaner in for us. Walkable to some great parks and right near the Soumaya museum the apartment is really well located. Roma is only a 15min taxi ride away (without traffic...) and that's got loads of restaurants with many cusines including Mexican. We're hoping to come back and stay here.

Excellent apartment, Juan Pablo took great care of us, it is an apartment that is well worth it, the amenities are also spectacular, the space is as it appears in the photos, the location is excellent.

The Location was Amazing and the home decorations perfectly fit the destination in a very modern way.

We stayed because of a medical emergency, and we were able to do it the same day we booked. We always got quick and friendly responses to certain requests. The set is very clear in its regulations, which facilitates coexistence in general. Despite being a building with many apartments, we made use of the pool without a problem. Having the shopping center in front facilitates a lot of things. It's a ten out of ten.

This was a fantastic place to stay for a week in CDMX. Pros: - The location is perfect. Right in the middle of the trendiest neighborhoods in CDMX which has tons of food and is super clean and walkable. - Viridiana is very responsive. We had a minor issue (more in Cons) and she made it right! - The apartment came with free coffee and a large container of filtered water. - The place was spotless, and huge. The patio is really nice, and the building staff were friendly with the check-in. Cons: - The pool was unfortunately broken when we arrived due to heavy rains. They were actively working on fixing it the entire week we were there, so hopefully it will be fixed soon. - The apartment faces a busy road. It is quiet enough with the doors closed, but very loud with windows open. - The AC in the main bedroom does not work since it isn't connected to outside air. (Not a problem for our visit--we mostly kept the windows open to keep things cool).
