Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Álvaro Obregón

Our stay at the apartment in CDMX was a perfect stay. The location was best and very walkable to a lot of restaurants, activities, museums and others. The apartment was clean and full of amenities. My friend and I would definitely stay here again.

Great location! The mall is close by with many restaurants, the building is wonderful. Well secured with security. The host was very attentive to every need. I loved the atmosphere! The view in the apartment was wonderful. It was everything i hoped and more. Highly recommend.

Gabriel was attentive, excellent communication and was always available when needed. Our unit was just the right size for us. Bed was comfortable as well as the sleep sofa. I appreciated all the hangers and iron. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Sin dudar volvería a reservar, es más reserve de nuevo para quedarme otra vez aquí unos dias mas, pero por causas de salud tuve que cancelar y viajar directo a mi destino sin escala en CDMX.

El apartamento muy bien, justo como aparece en las fotos, muy bonito y en buen lugar. Angel siempre que le escribía para preguntarle algo me respondía enseguida, necesitaba algún ventilador porque hacía mucha calor al no tener aire acondicionado y enseguida me mandó dos ventiladores.

El lugar concide con las fotos. es muy sencillo pero bonito y cumple con la función de tener un buen descanso. El señor Sergio fue sumamente amable y me apoyo en mis dudas.

Beautifully decorated, somewhat unconventional - not your typical apt building - space. Very decent food options in the area. Neighborhood has strong "up and coming" vibes, as well as a few tourist attractions within walking distance. Mateo was friendly, accommodating, and plays great music in the early evenings.

Had a great time, perfect location and close to tons of restaurants near the center of Coyoacan!

Nos encantó estar en este alojamiento, nos sentimos en casa y muy apapachados siempre, tanto José Luis como Joshua nos dieron un increíble servicio y siempre estuvieron muy al pendiente de nosotros. Definitivamente regresaríamos.

This is a great part of CDMX - culturally there are many things to explore. Pepe shared a lot of information and it was amazing to learn so much just from talking with him. Though a short stay, I appreciated their flexibility with BOTH check-in/check-out. They are very close to many restaurantes, fast food, convenience stores and cafes for all budgets. There is much to see and do in the area - walking through the streets of Coyoacan is very enjoyable - lots of small alleys almost like a labyrinth at times - AND no noise from the airplanes that are typical in MANY parts of CDMX. It rained the 2 days I was there so I did not get to benefit from the lovely terraces and rooftop views. But that would be an additional bonus to enjoy. Thanks so very much, Fer & Pepe!!

Leo es muy buen anfitrión, estuvo atento y disponible para apoyarnos en nuestras dudad. El lugar se encuentra en una excelente ubicación cerca de plazas comerciales y muy accesible y seguro incluso a pie, los acabados del alojamiento muy modernos y super limpios. Muy recomendable para hospedarte si quieres un lugar bonito, céntrico y acogedor!

Departamento muy bien equipado en zona residencia. Resulto ideal para nosotros que ibamos a descansar. También el edificio cuenta con muchas amenidades.Definitivamente regresaríamos.

El departamento es muy bonito, limpio y con una excelente ubicación. Ideal para descansar y moverse fácilmente por la zona. ¡Recomendado!

Me sentí, como en casa. El edificio es muy seguro, solo pueden entrar los inquilinos. Y tenía de todo material de limpieza. Lavadora, para planchar, secadoras de cabello, y para cocinar tenía de todo, sartenes, ollas, especies, vajillas, copas de vino. Internet, Cablevisión. Nadie puede entrar y subir al edificio solo los inquilinos porque tienen claves y tarjetas de seguridad, en el lobby mucha vigilancia quien entra y quien sale las 24 hrs. Y está sobre Av. Paseo de Reforma. Una vista espectacular. Muy recomendable

pretty much everything about the place was great. the only thing i found frustrating was the address supplied to ride shares; they'd drop-off and pick-up on the other side of the building bc of the address. other than that logistical detail, amazing host & place.

Great place to stay with a perfect host. Excellent water pressure and never ending hot water. High quality towels and linens. Stocked kitchen complete with cooktop and oven. I washed laundry every night. IZZY TV complete with Fox News Channel. Fast internet. Super clean room and building. Building has pool and other amenities I didn't use this trip but might next time. Bed slept great and plenty of closet and bathroom/mirror space. Building entry/exit super easy. Building security always present and super friendly. Entry into elevators is key card controlled....you get your own card. Security team knew me on the second day. Nice view of the area from the room and a view of the other direction from the entry walkway. Great rental.

Muy cómodo el departamento, los hosts muy al pendiente, siempre respondiendo las dudas. Limpio, de fácil acceso y muy cómodo! 100% recomiendo y regresaré
