If you are a dog person, you are also allowed to bring your four-legged friend!

Four bedrooms and bathroom on the 2nd floor. 3 pcs TV and internet. Access to skiing for skiing during winter stays. Good with parking space. In addition, access to cozy seats upon agreement.

Traditional living room in a quiet neighborhood. In the summer, grazing cows and sheep roam outside the fences, in the winter it is quiet and peaceful. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying a quiet life! The farm is largely disconnected from all modern conveniences - it has a simple standard with an outdoor toilet, light from solar cells and water from an outdoor tap. Cooking is done on a wood stove, gas burner or fire pan. There is many good hiking opportunities from the farmhouse both in the forest and along the road.

Good views, right towards Rondane, good hiking opportunities for both hikes in the mountains, bike rides and runs. Well-marked trails and ski slopes just outside the cabin. In the summer there is a nice sandy beach with possibilities for swimming, if there is bad weather the spa and pool department at Savalen high mountain hotel can be used. Here you can also have a better dinner, or buy an ice cream. Nice alpine slope five minutes by car. Horse center nearby with opportunities for riding lessons and canoeing.

Storrøsta, quiet retreat - and great for kids

Welcome to Storrøsta! This is a refurbished farmhouse, originally built in 1937. It's located off the beaten track in the middle of nature. Storrøsta is a quiet retreat, overlooking the mountains and valley. Enjoy the silence and view at sunset from the patio or the living room - if you're lucky you'll have a moose visiting! The place is also great for kids. There's a trampoline and a slack line available in the summer, as well as outdoor games and bikes free for you to borrow.

Østerdalsstue at Kvebergshaugen

The house is located on a farm with sheep and dog, next to the house where we ourselves live. The farm is located about 4 km south of Alvdal center, and there is a short way to both hiking areas and fishing opportunities. The house is a restored 19th century Ostrodal living room and the kitchen is well equipped (including microwave, kettle, coffee maker, juicer and dishwasher). Cleaning fee of €30 only covers preparation of rental unit and not final cleaning.
