FredrikLars-gården adjacent to Nordmarksbergs Herrgård: 19th century or older. In this farm, the great inventor John Ericsson's grandfather Nils (b. 1747 – 1790) has lived. On a rock in the grounds of the farm, there should be a curtain with the name of Nils. Picture of this stone can be found in Värmlandsarkiv's photo archive on a picture from 1955 (photo Lennart Thelander, pictures SEVA_11229_36 and SEVA_11230-1), but has not been found in the present day. It's probably hidden by mortar that's been covered over the rocks.

Unique and cozy home in newly renovated old plant for rafts. Timber floating took place over many years on the creeks in the area until the 60 's. The nearest neighbor is a beaver family in the creek next door. Swimming area with pier approx. 600 meters. Rowing boat and 2 canoes can be freely disposed of in Lake Bosjön. It is very sparse traffic in the area so you experience the silence along with the sounds of nature. Bedding and towels are provided for a cost of SEK 100/person. Wooden fire sauna by the lake can be rented.

Het huis is geschikt voor 2 personen, maar in overleg uit te rusten met een kinderbed. Tevens is het huis gevuld met alles wat u maar nodig hebt. Ontbreekt er toch iets, vraag er dan gerust naar. De accomodatie is ook erg handig als tussenstop voor uw doorreis richting het noorden.

Beautiful location surrounded by nature. The hosts are very friendly and timely with their responses and help. The apartment was actually bigger than I expected which was a good thing. Nicely heated, all supplies available, clean and not expensive at all. Would recommend!

We spent the Easter break at Josefin's lake house and it was breathtaking. The house and the surroundings are even more beautiful than the pictures; the place is magical. Josefin was very easy to communicate and very responsive. She gave us a lot of local recommendations which all turned out to be very good. She also left a welcome basket for us which was very nice of her. The weather didnt cooperate with us mostvof our stay but we still had a great time looking at the beautiful view from the inside. We will definitely be back here again during summer.

It was wonderful at Bibbi's. We were warmly welcomed. The view of the lake is fantastic. No matter which room you are in, you have a wonderful view of the lake, which looks different at all times and in all weather. Bibbi is a great host, always there when you need her. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet and would love to come back.
