New cottage located 50 meters from the shore of Lake Friend. Kitchen section with fridge, pour, microwave, fully equipped with porcelain, (no oven). Small living room with sofa, coffee table and TV. Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, loft with double bed and a single bed. Private bathroom with shower and vc. Air heat pump! Self outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! Happy if the cottage is left tidy, clean and tidy! Welcome!

You can just relax at the place or get away on Finnskogen's hiking trails, cross-country skiing in the middle of the summer in the ski tunnel in Torsby, about 40 minutes to 2 alpine resorts ( Hovfjället and Ski Sunne), We use the cottage a lot ourselves so please contact me before booking!!! Cabin with large undisturbed patio facing south. A home where you take care of yourself and can enjoy the tranquility and nice views. Good lake system for SUP el boat and excellent hiking opportunities in the forests around. Fully equipped cottage where you can fire in the fireplace inside or light a fire at the barbecue area outside. For the greatest nature experience you can use the boat that included. The electric motor allows you to glide silently through the leafy canals right around the corner. 10 min from the shopping center.

Free wifi, hot tub, 3 meters from water, quiet and nice, close to nature, dishwasher, washing machine, terrace, private parking, shower and toilet, fireplace, floor heating and everything is newly renovated in 2020. Bed linen and towels should be brought yourself. Cleaning should be done before checking out and should be thoroughly done eg vacuum, dry the floors, dust-dry bathrooms and kitchens. You leave the house as it was when you arrived. Rowing boat is included in the cabin. You need to clean the house before you leave.
