Friendly luxury holiday home Ameland 2-8P (new)

Beautiful atmospheric thatched 8-person holiday home with air conditioning throughout, a nice fireplace, a modern kitchen and a bathroom with sauna and bubble bath. There is a lovely spacious enclosed garden with lounge set, sun loungers, garden furniture and bbq. There is a lovely play lawn for the children, and there are many bunnies walking around. Experience Ameland at its best. Our house and the entire interior were completely renovated in November 2021. The house is a semi-detached house.

Our luxurious dune villa 'Sela' is overlooking the Engelsman dune, one of the highest dunes of Ameland Island. When dining in the evening, the light of the lighthouse will ensure a stunning island feeling. A fresh dive in the morning is available at the very rustic beach at the other side of the dunes (about 15 minutes walk). Our house has 5 bedrooms, a great living room with a (gas) fireplace, a cosy kitchen with kitchen island, a beautiful dining room and a ‘spa’ with sauna and tanning bed.

Modern apartment 300 meters from the beach

The apartment is modernly decorated and has recently been completely renewed. In the kitchen you can cook well and at the large dining table it is delicious tables. On the lounge sofa you can watch the TV and even Netflix is included in the subscription. The apartment is only 300 meters from the beach and also nearby are the dunes and the forest. Everything within walking distance. In the village, 5 minutes by bike is a cozy shopping street, several restaurants and 2 supermarkets.

In the heart of Nes city center. A lovely cottage where to enjoy. A brand new holiday home with its own entrance (realized in 2022!), fully furnished kitchen, a fine compact bathroom with rain shower, toilet and bath furniture. On the upper floor 2 bedrooms. One with extra large bed and bedroom with compact double bed and 1 single bed. A private patio with dining set and lounge sofa where you can relax.... An ideal base to relax in!

How wonderful when a dream comes true. Come and enjoy my Tiny house "Dit Kleine Eiland". 16m2 of pure coziness, quietly located at the edge of the city center of Nes. 20 min walk and you are at the harbor, and thus the Wad (sting oysters!). Come, together or alone, enjoy that beach walk. Enjoy the evening sun with a cold glass of wine on your own terrace or walk (2min) into the village for the culinary delights Nes has to offer.

Renovated home where you can enjoy the setting in comfort. The kitchen-living room contains everything to cook/bake. The living room is furnished with comfortable sofa, TV, games and books. We are happy to advise on trips such as mudflats, day Ameland or day Dokkum(see picture). Whether the weather is good or not; there is plenty to see and do in this area who loves nature, peace and quiet walking, by bike or by car.

Just get away from it all at this restful, family-friendly and centrally located holiday home on the island of Ameland! The cottage has a spacious terrace with lounge sofa, and a lovely bathtub and walk-in shower to recover from the day! Outlets are also available outside for possibly charging electric bike or scooter.
