We had an excellent stay in this penthouse! The apartment is modern, very well decorated and equipped with high quality appliances, which made everything more practical and comfortable. The space is super airy, bright and well distributed, ideal for both resting and enjoying special moments. The view of the city is simply incredible - especially at sunset! A true highlight of the coverage. The host was attentive and helpful throughout the stay, which made all the difference. I definitely recommend it for those looking for comfort, style and a breathtaking view. I would definitely come back!

The apartment is very well equipped, with pleasant decor and had practically everything we needed. Kitchen utensils (we miss a way to use in the oven), washer and dryer, iron, hair dryer, electric shower, etc. The internet is good and has not fallen once for a week that we were there. There is also a good desk and office chair in the same room as the living/ dining room, which has an air conditioning. The condominium in which the property is located is very calm, safe and with good infrastructure. It is located in a region that is expanding and does not have many things around. There is a supermarket 1km away and a self-service convenience in the condominium itself. Some things are in need of maintenance, but frankly nothing hindered our experience. Espaço is very nice and cozy.

Great place. Very close to Unicamp, restaurants and bars. Place was very peaceful and quiet. Laura was great - very responsive and flexible with our check in and check out time.

Luiza is very attentive and her home fully met our needs. The residence has everything for a family to spend comfortably from a few days to long periods. The condominium also has a bakery, restaurants, market and other essential shops for everyday life. As I needed to go to Campinas regularly, the location of the house in Sumaré facilitated my trips, as I quickly accessed the Anhanguera and Dom Pedro expressways and arrived at my destination in just over 20 minutes. I have been using the Airbnb platform for years, we traveled very often in Brazil and some outside and I don't remember a reception, care and attention we had with Ludmila, Marcos and Dona Cleide… It was really amazing and the whole structure of great taste, from bed linen, bathrooms, electros, all the kitchen pieces, to the high-end furniture…. Nice place, clean, I felt at home, I just missed a blender and as SP is going through a wave of intense heat, so the fan was never enough, not even at night, I believe that when the weather is cold it must be wonderful, because the place is just cozy, I want to suggest a screen on the bedroom window for hot days to leave it open, as we did, otherwise it would be impossible to sleep in the bedroom and a wardrobe in the area, because the weather was very pleasant there. When we opened the door, it was a wonderful wind at night.

The apartment was clean, clean and fragrant bed linen, in the kitchen there are all the utensils we need. I went with my husband and my children (one 2 years old and one 7 months old) and they were well accommodated. The oldest slept in a room and the youngest slept with us in a crib that we brought, which fit comfortably in the room. We will definitely be back!

Indico with a lot of precision and gratitude! Anderson was very coherent and attentive! The Price charged for it much more affordable! I was afraid at first but everything went as it was agreed! What a wonderful stay!!! We want to go back. They can close without fear, there are no lies as to what Anderson informs. Just one addendum that I didn't respect Anderson: the values of the hotel's meals are salty rs, but it is very close to the center and there are many options for restaurants there. The employee who cleanses is very nice and does her job well. And the Pizza of the hotel tratoria is sensacionaaaaal! Anyway, vale muitooooo God bless you Anderson!
