I stayed for 10 months and had a great experience from start to finish. Communication with the host was always quick and efficient, ensuring a smooth stay. The apartment was exactly as described, beautiful, clean and well equipped, with an experience of feeling at home. The location was perfect, providing easy access to all necessary amenities and allowing me to explore the city with ease. Overall, my experience was exceptional and I would recommend the site to anyone in search of an extended stay with comfort and convenience.

The apartment is very well equipped, with pleasant decor and had practically everything we needed. Kitchen utensils (we miss a way to use in the oven), washer and dryer, iron, hair dryer, electric shower, etc. The internet is good and has not fallen once for a week that we were there. There is also a good desk and office chair in the same room as the living/ dining room, which has an air conditioning. The condominium in which the property is located is very calm, safe and with good infrastructure. It is located in a region that is expanding and does not have many things around. There is a supermarket 1km away and a self-service convenience in the condominium itself. Some things are in need of maintenance, but frankly nothing hindered our experience. Espaço is very nice and cozy.

I have been using the Airbnb platform for years, we traveled very often in Brazil and some outside and I don't remember a reception, care and attention we had with Ludmila, Marcos and Dona Cleide… It was really amazing and the whole structure of great taste, from bed linen, bathrooms, electros, all the kitchen pieces, to the high-end furniture…. Incredible Wal and Hélio Experience are amazing, welcoming, helpful people I felt at home. The place is beautiful wooded, organized, clean and wide, I felt very comfortable and comfortable. Great quiet and comfortable room. The collective spaces are comfortable and with a beautiful decoration. Hosts are always available to assist with any need. The neighborhood is peaceful and very beautiful. It has market, pharmacy and nearby restaurants. At night we have bars and places for leisure. The house is wonderful and we spend great days! Casa clean, spacious, with all the utensils we need. Great location, close to market and everything we need. Safe house, despite being on the street, with a little guard that is in a guardhouse nearby. Claudia always super requests and with quick answers to everything we need. Thank you very much Jose Nilson and Leonel for this wonderful stay!! Their apartment is very well decorated and brand new! It's just like the pictures. Despite being a one-bedroom apartment, the bedroom is spacious and the apartment has a good balcony with a wonderful view. For me, the big difference was having a gas shower and two parking spaces, things that you rarely see in smaller apartments in Cambuí. Everything in the apartment worked and the building is very charming, located in the best neighborhood of Campinas, full of shops and restaurants. I loved staying there and I will definitely stay again!!
