Beachfront Cabana 1 – Direct Ocean View

We are a small beachfront hotel featuring 6 private, oceanfront cabanas. The design for the rooms and the property is inspired by Caribbean style, aiming to embody the charm and simplicity of beach living. SUYO is located on Playa Popoyo, in rural Nicaragua, the heart of surfer's paradise. You can walk to perfect waves or spend the day relaxing on the beach. Guests share kitchen, dining area, bathrooms and a beachfront terrace. If you want to experience beach living in style, come to SUYO!

Romantic Lakeview Jacuzzi Suite

Jacuzzi Suites are the size of a hotel room with the privacy of a woodsy cabin. Our suites the perfect way to spend a romantic getaway. Each suite has a queen pillow-top bed, a sitting area, a Jacuzzi for two and a small deck with a stunning view of Beaver Lake. No kitchens; however, each one has a coffee bar w/ mini fridge, microwave and Keurig. Each suite has its own private boardwalk entrance to ensure privacy. We have 3 suites attached to the office building. No pets allowed in the suites.

The Laughing King Retreat, Honeymoon Island Suite

The Laughing King Retreat is an adults only, organic waterfront farm situated directly on the peaceful waters of the Chesapeake Bay. Your private guest suite will enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, private waterfront pool, private beach, hiking trails, miles of soft sugar sand sandbars to explore and enjoy. Ozark King - A Private Suite with Eclectic Charm

The Ozark King is a super cute, attic-like suite situated on the top floor of a 1920s Victorian home. It has a private entrance with a king bed, fireplace and romantic jacuzzi tub for two. It offers a snack and coffee station with mini fridge & microwave. There are no shared indoor spaces with other guests. Guests should be aware of 3 short sets of stairs to get up to the top floor and there is limited leg room in the restroom for extremely long-legged persons (manuverable but worth noting).

Welcome to The Brewery Lodge—an adults-only boutique hotel nestled on 40 wooded acres with flowing streams, quiet ponds, and wildlife. The historic 1930 main house features a cozy craft beer and wine lounge with a full-service restaurant and inviting outdoor terraces. With hand-hewn timbers, a stone fireplace, and a warm, rustic feel, it’s the perfect retreat for those seeking comfort, character, and quiet relaxation.

The Woodsman Suite

A third floor suite, facing the river with the train tracks only a couple blocks away. It took 2 months to do the ceiling. Carefully polished and placed the old lath in a specific design, the ceiling is a work of art. Eighty percent of the material used in this room is from re purposed lumber, either from this building or from a childhood barn built in the late 1800's. It will take you a while to notice every detail down to the toilet paper holder which is from an old barn post.

Welcome to Gorgeous! The Galloway Suite at Twilight Terrace offers the kind of comfortable elegance that will make you sigh when you enter. Beautiful and spacious, it has everything. Full kitchen, Wifi, flat screen TV, jet tub for 2—and an enormous shower with dual heads and misters. Throw in OFF-STREET PARKING and you’re home! Please be aware there is a staircase to get to the suite. It is well lit and has sturdy handrails!
