Great place to stay . Very roomy lots of couches outside space was great. Comfortable beds the kitchen was great. They had everything you’d need. Totally recommend this place.

Great location...close to food, shopping and the RecPlex. Townhouse was immaculate and exactly like the pictures. Quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay again.

We stayed at this house for the National Speech and Debate Tournament, and it was absolutely amazing. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit—perfect for relaxing after long days. There was plenty of space for all of our students to sleep comfortably, but what really stood out was how much room there was for everyone to spread out and have their own space when needed. The layout is ideal for a large group, and everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I would strongly recommend this house to any group traveling together. It made our trip even more memorable!

Beautiful and comfortable home! This house is a delight with lots of charming details and amenities. The house offers plenty of square footage with multi-use rooms and spaces throughout. The pool was beautiful, clean, and so much fun. We were in town to visit our son for his college graduation from Drake University. This home made the weekend even better for our family to celebrate the occasion. The location is close to everything and the neighborhood is historic and beautiful. We would highly recommend this home to anyone staying in the Des Moines area.

This place was more perfect than I could of imagined. Location was great and house was beautiful. Had plenty of space for my 9 buddys and I. We all got along well with the owners and was actually pretty nice having them around. Id definitely stay at this place again. Worth the drive and money. Thank you!

I love the country life!! Add a pool and great weather, what more could you ask for! I grew up on gravel roads so that was another plus! Easy directions, comfy beds, awesome communication. May need to make this an annual event!

The home is large and great for many people. The party barn was an amazing place to hang out with family and play games. The home and yard is very private, we saw deer running across the yard. The check in and check out was so easy.

Great, quiet location close to Main Street. We enjoyed the outdoor patio area, the comfortable beds, and plenty of seating areas! The house was clean and well stocked with nice towels and linens.

Place was perfectly located and easy to get to as we stayed their to attend a wedding in Madrid. Plenty of room for my family. Heath was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our stay after an unexpected A/C unit issue. Had extra fans delivered and had someone out to work on the unit to get it running. Definitely recommend his place and would stay again.

The house is lovely and perfect location with walking distance to ISU campus as well as to the city centre. Having two bathrooms was a luxury. The host’s hospitality was excellent. We will definitely come back!

Lovely comfortable home. As described. Perfect for graduation. Very comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and the backyard was a little oasis. The kitchen had the basics and as we didn’t cook at all was fine. There was no sugar. So if you put sweetener in your coffee be sure to bring your own. The Fareway is a short walk and we were able to go and get coffee sugar easily. Would definitely recommend this house and it’s location for events at ISU.

We had such a nice stay! We loved the charm of the early 1900’s house while also really enjoying the fact that it was clean and fresh!

Trish’s place was just as described and she is an excellent communicator. One person in our group is allergic to down feathers and Trish went above and beyond finding appropriate pillows and ensuring we had all we needed. She was thoughtful and responsive to other queries as well. Thanks Trish!

This was a great location for our time in Ames for my son's wedding. There were lots of bedrooms to accommodate both our family and several of the groomsmen. Krista was responsive and the arrival and departure process were very straightforward. Lovely neighborhood, quiet and easy access to the area.

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was just like the pictures—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and made communication easy. We’d definitely consider staying again.

We only needed 2 nights but had to pay for 3--so it was a bit pricier than I would have liked, but we knew that when we made the reservation and the location and property were so perfect that it was still the right place for us. Jill was very helpful when we needed anything and we really enjoyed our stay!

The house was clean and in a great location. Close to Iowa State campus and anything you'd need while traveling. Having access to the garage for a vehicle was a nice benefit too!

This place had everything and more! We didn’t need anything they had anything and everything we could want. It was very comfortable and felt really roomy for our family.

It was my first time using air b&b so i was thankful for how easy everything was, unfortunately i didn’t notice the check out instructions until after i had already left town so i didn’t get a couple of them done. That’s on me! The house was very clean and served its purpose, the neighborhood was quiet, and the beds are extremely comfortable.

Great stay! Nice, big house, which was spotless and had everything we needed and more. Friendly and responsive host—let us check in early. Fenced yard was good for our dogs, and being able to park in the garage was nice.

I can't say enough about how fabulous our stay was at Cy's Landing. Katie has thought of everything. Incredibly well stocked, super clean, so homey, plenty of room (we had 5 but could have accommodated more). One of the best AirBNBs we've ever stayed at!
