Thank you for a wonderful stay. What an awesome house, right on the lake with amazing views. The house had everything you needed, beautifully clean with every home comfort. Rebecca checked in with us before, during and after our stay. We were sad to have only had one nights stay.

Ezekiel was a joy to work with. The Air Bnb was clean and cozy, communication was great, and we had no issues with anything. It was a great experience, overall!

Suited our needs perfectly. We were travelling with our dogs for a local dog show and just needed a place to enjoy a quiet supper and comfortable bed with space to let the dogs relax in the evening after a busy day. Unit was well laid out and clean. Kitchen and bathroom had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. Loved that it was dog friendly as that is getting harder to find. Entered unit through side door (key pad entry), small set of stairs to get into unit in basement and then everything is on one level. Bed was comfortable, couch looked like it folded out for separate sleeping area, but we did not use so cannot comment on its comfort. But great to have the extra bed if needed. We would highly recommend if you need a place in this area and will absolutely return if we are coming back to the area. Celestina was lovely to deal with and quick to respond to any questions. 5 stars all the way around from us

Our stay was more beautiful than we could possibly have imagined. The stunning landscape right out the back never ceased taking our breath away, with some profound sunsets right over the bay. We loved sitting on the deck with our books and coffee, and especially loved walking down along the water, watching the tide go out and in. The restfulness of everything was absolutely healing and rejuvenating. Between the views, the beach, the critters (we saw the fox and some deer), the deck, and the easy communication with the host, staying here again would be a reason to revisit Nova Scotia, which is a 16 hour drive from our home! But it was totally worth it. I should also mention that there were too many amenities to take advantage of in the week we stayed there!

Another great stay. The kitchen has all the amenities you would need. The place is clean and welcoming with comfortable beds, lovely big bathrooms. But the best part of the stay are the evenings out on the deck watching the ever changing views across the Minas basin over to Cape Blomidon where the setting sun provides spectacular sunsets every evening and if you’re lucky you’ll catch sight of the bald eagles that live nearby

We have stayed at a number of lovely properties in the years that we have been using Airbnb and Yellow Door 44 is up there is the best of them. In particular, we appreciated - everything was very, very clean - this cleaner knows their work! - the kitchen is unusually well stocked with more glasses, cups, flatware, cookware, dinnerware, etc. than we have at home - there are lots and lots of towels and extra linens - the rooms are big, comfortable, airy, and bright with really good lighting (hard to get in many properties) - the beds and linens are very comfortable - communication related to check-in and out was very good - the information binder describing how all of the appliances and such worked was excellent. It also included many local restaurant suggestions We enjoyed it here very much and will return next time we are on the Island.

This is our favorite place to stay in Alma for our annual visit to Fundy National Park. We’ve stayed at Greg’s place 4 times now. The location is perfect (just outside the park) and within walking distance to all of the local restaurants. Greg is very responsive and the house is super clean with everything you need. We’ll be back again next year!

My husband and I had a lovely time.the water was beautiful,we loved the deck swings.everything was very clean and tidy.good communication.

We stayed for a weekend and it was WONDERFUL! The kitchen was gorgeous, the bathroom upstairs was so awesome. Loved the soaker tub and spa room. Parking was easy and everything was communicated very well. There was some work being done downstairs that got pretty loud at times but it was only for a few hours and in the middle of the day. The only thing I can think to improve of it adding blinds/curtains to the downstairs windows. The natural light was lovely but it would have been nice to have the option. Will absolutely book here again if we're in town.

Phil was a gracious host, helpful and easy to reach! This location was perfect for our bachelorette weekend getaway. We had plenty of space for everyone, we were close to downtown and the full size indoor pool was the cherry on top! Would stay again and recommend to friends.

They went above and beyond! We have everything we needed and more, perfect for our golf trip, we will book again

Beautiful spot, very peaceful and relaxing. Kids loved the pool, adults loved the views and the peace. Definitely recommend. Spiro was very responsive, and everything you would want in a host.

This is one of the best places we have stayed. The amenities are plentiful. The hot tub, the pool, the beds were extremely comfortable, the modern kitchen was very clean and well equipped ... The grounds are immaculately kept by Al "the dude with the cowboy hat" who was very pleasant to talk with and gave us some local dining recommendations. Our kids and grandkids had a wonderful holiday with us and wanted to stay there "forever" :>). We made many wonderful memories here. Kudos to our hosts for providing us with such a great Airbnb experience ... 5 stars are not enough to give this place!

This was a truly fabulous place -- my only regret was not staying longer. We found this listing after planning a trip to Five Islands Provincial Park, as part of a larger road trip around Nova Scotia. Had we known just how wonderful and peaceful the property and area were, we would have stayed longer and used the spot as a bit of a "home base" to do some more exploring around the region. The house is beautiful, and Jennifer and Barclay are really working to create a wonderful small vacation community, with a few other rental units on the property. Jennifer warmly welcomed us on arrival and gave us some local recommendations. The Five Islands Lighthouse Park, which is a 5-minute walk from the unit, is a fabulous place to watch the tide go in and out, and the surrounding residential community feels very warm and welcoming.

There were 10 of us and everyone loved the house, the location, the view and the amenities. The pictures didn't do it justice especially the bathrooms. Place was absolutely perfect. Cozy yet lots of room....definitely like to go again in the future.

Beautiful area and a beautiful cabin. The walking trail right behind the property was the icing on the cake. Had everything I needed, host reached out to make sure everything was good. Will definitely stay again and hope others do as well!

Such a beautiful spot to relax and enjoy the awe inspiring ocean view. They’ve done a wonderful job making a path down to the ocean floor. From the deck you can watch the tide come in/recede. The yard is huge and well maintained. The trailer is totally stocked. A million dollar spot - so private. People had commented that the beach was private and dog friendly, which is what attracted us…. We didn’t see a soul - perfect for Buster 😂

The space was exactly as described. It was the perfect amount of space for a couple! Penny was available if we needed her and very reasonable with our puppy being there. Definitely would recommend to future guests!

Isabelle’s house was amazing. Quiet, gorgeous sunsets and peaceful surroundings. Isabelle was a fantastic host who responded to our every question within minutes! Pleasant, polite & super friendly, it was a pleasure dealing with her! The house was the best stocked house I have ever rented. Every time we looked for something, there it was. The games room downstairs was so much fun! We played pool and darts as a family and had many laughs! I would recommend this beautiful house without hesitation. Isabelle made us feel so welcome! Superb stay in New Brunswick, Canada!🇨🇦

Michael was a great host and provided everything you'd need to have a nice stay. We had a nice time cooking in both the indoor and outdoor kitchens.

Exceeded expectations. For motorcycle riders - don’t hesitate to book. The gravel driveway is very compact and stable. No issues on a bike. Took my Road Glide up there.

Ryan was a great host made us feel at home! his instruction was really clear. He was very responsive when I had any type of question. I would recommend this airbnb to anyone it was really a hidden gem!!

I thought the opportunity to stay at this location was very special. I was only there for one night but I love the amount of space all around (such a nice deck area) and Kelsie was very accommodating. Her place brought me to an area of New Brunswick that I really enjoyed traveling through… 🙏
