Holiday rentals with breakfast in Amherst

This was a relaxing and peaceful stay. Just what we needed and waking up to the lake each morning was wonderful. Did not get to enjoy all the amenities due to the weather but everything else was perfect for our needs.

This is our second stay with Selene. She was right there to help as needed. Her place is so clean and quiet in a lovely neighborhood. the mattress is very comfortable. Perfect for us.

We had a lovely and very comfortable stay at Michele’s place. They made the trip a wonderful and memorable weekend.

We had a great time staying at the Lacey Rose! I appreciated the direction communication from Denise and being in a space that was so thoughtfully decorated and cared for. Breakfast made for us at the time we requested was a huge bonus as well!

We enjoyed our stay — perfect location for visiting UMass! Raphael was a terrific host, friendly and helpful. Beds were super comfortable, pretty linens, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We hope to stay again next time we visit Amherst.

We had a fantastic stay at Shannon’s lake house! From the start, Shannon’s communication was excellent, making check-in and getting settled a breeze. The house itself is full of charm and offers a stunning view of the lake. It was impeccably clean, and the beds were very comfortable — a perfect retreat for our family. We were visiting my son's school and chose this property because of its convenient location and the opportunity for him to fish — one of his favorite activities. Shannon went above and beyond by charging the boat battery, ensuring everything was ready when the weather improved. Thanks to her, my son was able to catch several fish, including his first trout and smallmouth bass — a memory he won’t forget! Shannon lives next door and strikes the perfect balance between being available if needed while giving you complete privacy to enjoy the property. We would absolutely recommend this place to others and look forward to booking again in the future.

Janet and Bob are warm, interested and engaging hosts. It was wonderful to meet them and to learn about their lives, interests, careers and family. The room is just as pictured, at the far end of the upstairs hall, so private feeling, even as the rest of the home is shared. Breakfast was on the screen porch overlooking a large, beautiful, lush, yard. They are about a 15 minute walk from the heart of downtown Amherst, so I didn't use my car once after arriving. To be clear: it's a 15 minute walk, not a 5 minute walk, but being on foot during my whole time in Amherst was another wonderful aspect to my visit.

I really liked staying in this Airbnb and it’s prime location in Longmeadow, Massachusetts. It was convenient to my parents home, who I was visiting. There was a polar vortex and the home was so toasty warm and cozy! I really enjoyed getting back there at the end of my day. This AirBnB is one of the better stocked properties I’ve stayed at. They had plenty of towels, sheets, extra fleece blankets, and kitchen items. Many times when I stay at a place I will run out of things such as garbage bags and paper towels, and there aren’t any extra there. That wasn’t the case at Robert’s property. He was very, very thoughtful in setting up this home for guests! I’ll be back! Thank you.

Marge was an amazing host who went to effort to ensure we were comfortable and taken care of. For example, in advance of our arrival she asked what type of bread and juice we preferred and if we wanted milk or cream for our coffee. She providd fresh eggs and even sent a dozen to our daughter who lives down the street. The apartment was welcoming, clean and cozy. The kitchen and pantry were well-supplied to meet our needs. We will definitely stay at Marge's next time we visit our daughter.

We wanted a location close to stuff but that we could enjoy if we just wanted to stay in. This was perfect. The sounds of the running water was really nice. Sadly it rained so we never got to use the fire pit, but it was there and looked like it would have been nice.

The property, including an outstanding garden, is impeccable. It's close to some of the Berkshire's finest. I came to visit the Clark Institute, Williams College and Mass MoCA, all within easy access. The lodging is moving into a well-loved home, spotless with great amenities. They have a lovely fountain that runs, sounding like a mountain stream. It's great to wake to that sound along with the birds, in a breath-taking garden. And James is kind, friendly and a great host.

What a treat it was to stay at Jacqueline's place – a former button factory! Everything about this place is thoughtful, from the host to the furnishings. It's clear that a lot of consideration has gone into this Airbnb. Jacqueline was kind and communicative without being obtrusive, and she was quick to respond. We had no issues that she needed to respond to though! Everything went perfectly smoothly. The apartment was absolutely pristine, perhaps the cleanest rental I have ever encountered. We were so impressed that this rental had everything one needs to be cozy and live (and cook) comfortably, but it is not cluttered or overdone. Also, the location (and free parking) can't be beat! Finally, what could be a nightmare check-in process with other hosts was easy, clear, and smooth thanks to the instructions Jacqueline sends prior to renting. Again, there were absolutely no issues with anything, and we would rent this place again in a heartbeat (and wish to live in it permanently)!

As described. Clean, comfortable, accessible and with very thoughtful little touches. Really appreciated the variety of coffee options and fixings including fresh cream....AND the to go cup since I had to race out of town early in the morning. Awesome snack options in the kitchen and helpful products in the bathroom., even Q Tips and cotton balls! Beautiful garden, helpful manual. Easy entry. Quick, clear and friendly communication. Gorgeous surroundings, great location. Comfortable bed and pillows, easy to navigate space.

Really enjoyed the property, and the location was perfect--an easy walk to the Williams campus, Spring Street, and nearby restaurants.

The reviews don’t lie! When you stay at Bill and Pamela’s, you feel like friends, not strangers! Never before had we had such friendly and caring hosts. They had fantastic recommendations, created a beautiful breakfast spread, and were just lovely to chat with. We will be spreading the word about this gem for sure!

We had a graduation in Northampton and needed to accommodate many family members. Yohah’s lovely house was the perfect solution. It was homey and nicely decorated with lovely art. It was just a half hour away from Northampton, which was very convenient for us. Yohah was a great host, who was up the challenge of supporting our shifting schedule and plans. Flexible, thoughtful and an excellent cook! He also has a beautiful yard and croquet set! Truly, we could not have asked for a better experience!

We were all staying at High Grass Farm so we could attend the Brimfield flea market and the location of this place was perfect! The house itself was very nice and cozy. When we arrived, there were fruits, granola bars, and even a cake made for us to enjoy. The host, Karen, was quick to respond to our messages and even helped us out with our dog while we were out. Overall, an amazing stay and we hope to be back again!

Felt like we were nestled in the range of Mount Toby. The property and studio were super quiet, super non scented and clean with plentiful views to awe at. We needed ths peaceful trip while watching our son graduate. We are huge fans of Pioneer Valley. We know this area well so we took advantage of all great foodie places and all nature locations we could pack in. We would love to visit your place again! A slice of heaven for us

I spent a wonderful 24 hours in Josette’s home. It was one of the best Airbnbs I ever stayed in. Beautiful surroundings, an amazing breakfast and a super comfortable bed. I hope to be back.

This stay was our fifth, I believe; that says it all! We are ready to book again! Nicole and Rom are generous in every regard, from their personal warmth and interest to the careful thought they've devoted to making sure that their guests are perfectly comfortable, impressively accommodated and entirely content. My sister and I look forward to our visits with absolute confidence that Nicole and Rom (and mustn't forget Oscar) will remain our favorite hosts and their airbnb our favorite space!
